Hearts have started this match in fantastic fashion. The visitors though also look very dangerous on the break with Ryan Bowman in particular looking as if he can pose the home defence some serious problems on a blustery damp night in the capital.
Rangers 0-0 Ayr United
A couple of early chances at Ibrox with Ovie Ejaria and Glenn Middleton's efforts blocked by the Ayr defence.
St Johnstone 0-0 Celtic
Olivier Ntcham fires wide as Celtic threaten at a corner in Perth.

St Johnstone v Celtic (19:45)
Brendan Rodgers said after Sunday's defeat by Kilmarnock Celtic fans should be "alarmed" at how his side have started the season.
Killie forward Kris Boyd said there was "a divide in the Celtic dressing room" but Rodgers responded by saying Celtic were "very unified" and that Boyd should focus on "getting himself into the Kilmarnock team".
St Johnstone boss Tommy Wright also gave his thoughts, saying Celtic are still "the team everybody has to beat to win cups".
According to your votes in the past day, the teams most likely to reach the semi-finals are, in order, Rangers, Celtic, Aberdeen and Hearts.
Aberdeen are already there, of course.
Hearts v Motherwell (19:45)

With confidence brimming at Tynecastle after a whirlwind start to the season, and Motherwell with a rather scrappy opening to the season, few would bank on anything other than Craig Levein’s side making their way through to the semi-finals.
However, recent matches between these two teams have been extremely close. Indeed, in the last four of the past five meetings only one goal has separated them at full-time and the other match ended as a draw.
Motherwell were the form team in cup competitions last season and they will fancy their chances of booking another place in the last four.
They also have the added bonus of having both Curtis Main and Ryan Bowman up front and they will be key if the Steelmen are to defeat the Premiership leaders on their own patch.
Rangers v Ayr United (19:45)
Rangers manager Steven Gerrard on RangersTV: "We've got to ignore the fact that they're a league below because they're flying high.
"In our opinion Ayr are probably in a better place than some of the teams lower down in our league. They'll have more confidence. They'll have more belief. They're scoring goals, they've got nothing to lose.
"They're coming here to try and create a big shock. They're coming here to try and beat us at Ibrox. They've got a lot to play for. There's no pressure on them.
"Again, the responsibility and the onus is on us to make sure that we're right, we're in the right frame of mind with the right attitude.
"If we come in like that, I don't see us having any problems. The test and challenge to the players is can you get in the right frame of mind for this game and can you go and produce again on the back of some really positive outings? Can you go and do it again and become consistent?
"I'll always put strong teams out. I won't disrespect the competition or the opposition and make wholesale changes. I'll put a team out capable of winning the game. The players just have to go out and deliver."
Rangers v Ayr United (19:45)
Ayr United manager Ian McCall: "Rangers are a different animal now under Steven Gerrard.
"But I won't change the way my team play. I will play with two strikers and have a go at them. It will be a great experience in front of a big crowd.
"We have two or three boys champing at the bit to play so if we need to, we can freshen things up a touch.
"It will be a great experience for our players. They're all really looking forward to it and hopefully they can show how good they are."
Hearts v Motherwell (19:45)
Motherwell manager Stephen Robinson on Sportsound: "A quarter-final at Tynecastle is a superb opportunity for boys to come in.
"It's class, it's one of the best venues in Scotland, I love it. If you can't rise to the occasion then you don't deserve to be here.
"There's not much between the teams. If we perform as we can do we can get a result.
"Hearts have got a momentum and a confidence. But Livingston came here on Saturday and showed what they can do."
Hearts v Motherwell (19:45)
Hearts manager Craig Levein on Sportsound: " We've got a long way to go in the league. It's easier to win a cup. You have to go through the early stages and we've got a tough match tonight.
"This place has got something special about it. I wish I was playing now. We're going to have a good support and a chance to get to a semi-final at Hampden.
"It's important for us tonight that we get off to a good start and we manage to put pressure on Motherwell early in the game and see if we can get in front in the match."
Hearts v Motherwell (19:45)
Motherwell were consigned to a second straight 1-0 defeat at Aberdeen on Saturday.
