St Johnstone v Celtic (19:45)
St Johnstone manager Tommy Wright on Sportsound: "Tough game and hopefully we can make it tough for Celtic.
"We got two draws against them last year. We've been strong at home.
"Look at the team Celtic have put out, look at their bench. They've got quality throughout. Let's hope they don't click tonight.
"We gave too many easy goals away against Rangers on Sunday.
"Every season, clubs like ours, the cups give you a shot at glory. We have to be 100% tonight and we need Celtic to be 70-75% and then we can get a result."
Rangers v Ayr United (19:45)
Rangers make six changes for the visit of Ayr United. Wes Foderingham takes over from Allan McGregor in goal, as he did in the last round, while Joe Worrall, Andy Halliday, Graham Dorrans, Ovie Ejaria and Glenn Middleton come into the team.
Connor Goldson and Scott Arfield drop to the bench while McGregor, James Tavernier, Daniel Candeias, Lassana Coulibaly and the ineligible Kyle Lafferty are not in the squad.
Halliday captains the side in Tavernier's absence.
Two changes for Ayr with Daniel Harvie and Jamie Adams in for Steven Bell and Michael Moffat, who are both on the bench.

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers on Sportsound: "It's important for us to win every game. We're playing for our fifth semi-final so we're very determined to do that.
"It's not been all plain sailing this year. You've got to work hard, stay focused. We can have no doubt, at times we'll not get the results but we've got a plan and a blueprint that when we execute we win.
"It's football. Everyone probably looks at us because of our record but we're not perfect. We're only six games into the season as well. There's a long, long way to go."
