The first thing Daniel James wants to do when he gets the ball is run. That's his instinct. He's an exciting player, one to watch tonight.

You'll see from my earlier picture of Elbasan Arena that this little ground has a few blocks of flats overlooking it.

Well, unless the Albanian Football Association want a noise complaint from the neighbours, they need to turn their PA system down.

I don't mind Ariana Grande but 'Side to Side' is being played at an absolutely deafening volume here.

It's not the most patriotic choice from the Albanians. They could have gone for Dua Lipa or Rita Ora, both of whom have parents from Albania.

I'm absolutely delighted that a player like Chris has got the record. If you play that length of time you have longevity, you have consistency and you have talent.

He's one of those people that if you're a manager you mark 9/10 before you start the game.

That's the mark of a great player who you never hear nothing about, he doesn't cause any trouble, he's just a modern professional.

He'll be proud tonight, but if I was him I'd be looking at 100 plus (caps).

Wales manager Ryan Giggs makes eight changes from Friday’s 2-1 Nations League defeat against Denmark. Chris Gunter captains the side as he makes his record-breaking 93rd appearance for Wales, while there are debuts for Anderlecht defender James Lawrence and Swansea City winger Daniel James. Connor Roberts, Joe Allen and David Brooks are the only players to keep their places from Friday’s match against Denmark.

Wales XI: Ward; C Roberts, Lockyer, J Lawrence, Gunter; King, Allen; Brooks, Wilson, James; Vokes.

Albania boss Christian Panucci, the former Italy defender, makes five changes from Saturday’s 4-0 thrashing at home by Scotland. Among those keeping their places are Mergim Mavraj, who was sent off against the Scots, and Taulant Xhaka, brother of Arsenal and Switzerland midfielder Granit Xhaka.

Albania XI: Berisha; Ismajli, Mavraj, Veseli; Uzuni, Lila, Xhaka, Basha, Hysaj; Uzuni, Grezda.

The rain in Tirana, Albania's capital city, has been torrential today.

Luckily for Wales and their estimated 1,500 travelling fans, their friendly against Albania is being played in Elbasan, around an hour's drive from Tirana.

It's dry here and just as well - Elbasan Arena is largely uncovered, so Wales' fans will be hoping the rain stays away.
