Celtic have got to get the ball out wide quickly and get Forrest on his own against Mitchell. The pitch looks a bit slow and I'm not sure that suits them

Hearts have had to change things after losing Steven Naismith so early. They are still very much in this. There's nothing between the sides. It's a real tactical game.

  3. HALF-TIME Hearts 0-0 Celticpublished at 45+2 mins

Celtic pressing. A corner in first-half stoppage time. Peter Haring clears and the whistle sounds for the interval.

No goals but the game was starting to pick up after a sluggish start.

Good play from Sinclair. A really good hand by Zlamal to make the save

  6. GREAT SAVE!published at 43 mins

    Hearts 0-0 Celtic

Tom Rogic slips a pass to Scott Sinclair before he is crunched by Peter Haring. The Celtic substitute then cuts in from the left and fizzes in a dipping shot that Zdenek Zlamal pushes away at full-stretch.

It was the right call. Hearts got a good header on it. Celtic haven't been able to defend it well enough and they got away with it with the offside

  8. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 40 mins

    Hearts 0-0 Celtic

Peter Haring has a dig from the edge of the penalty area and his shot is deflected wide. From the corner, the ball is nodded down by Haring to Steven MacLean, who flicks the ball home from right in front of goalie Scott Bain. The striker was offside but quite a margin though.

    Hearts 0-0 Celtic

Celtic are starting to look a bit more menacing but the final ball is letting them down, with James Forrest and Scott Sinclair both guilty of woeful passes near the opposition penalty box.

    Hearts 0-0 Celtic

A shot. And a save. That's a first in both categories. Hearts' Olly Lee catches his effort from 20 yards well but it's straight at Scott Bain.

  11. Postpublished at 32 mins

    Hearts 0-0 Celtic

Demi Mitchell mistimes a challenge on Mikael Lustig on the right just outside the penalty box. Callum McGregor goes for a sneaky near-post effort from the free-kick but Mitchell is the man sticking out a leg to divert the ball to safety.

It hasn't been a flowing game has it? The referee hasn't allowed it to be free. I can't see lots of goals

  13. Sinclair on for Celticpublished at 25 mins

    Hearts 0-0 Celtic

Eboue Kouassi has recovered sufficiently to drift past Peter Haring, who hauls the Celtic midfielder down but somehow escapes a yellow card.

That's to be Kouassi's last contribution as he makes way for Scott Sinclair, which will mean a tactical reshuffle for Celtic

  14. ouch!

    Ouch!published at 23 mins

    Hearts 0-0 Celtic

Here's an eye-watering moment... Eboue Koussi is writhing around in his own six yard box as Celtic prepare to defend a corner. It looks like Hearts forward Steven MacLean, already on a booking, grabbed the midfielder by the unmentionables... Naughty.

  15. Postpublished at 21 mins

    Hearts 0-0 Celtic

A very late offside flag goes up as Hearts defender Jimmy Dunne chases down a long clearance from the goalie and he gets there before Celtic keeper Scott Bain, who clatters him.

Dunne wasn't offside but other in maroon were and one of them gave Kristoffer a wee nudge on his way back.

It's been a very slow and lethargic start from Celtic. They need movement, if they get good movement from players then they become a good team

Now Celtic midfielder Eboue Kouassi is limping heavily after an awkward landing. He won't thank Mikael Lustig for immediately giving him a pass in the centre circle but he's able to knock it away to a team-mate.

    Hearts 0-0 Celtic

Despite that early setback with Steven Naismith going off, it's Hearts who continue to do most of the pressing, with Celtic struggling to find any kind of passing rhythm.

  20. Postpublished at 10 mins

    Hearts 0-0 Celtic

Demi Mitchell makes ground down the left flank for Hearts and chips a useful ball into the danger zone but there's no Hearts player on the same wavelength.
