  3. 'All credit to them'published at 16:51 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2018

    Tottenham 1-0 Burnley

    Garth Crooks
BBC Sport football expert on Final Score

That’s a great assist by Harry Kane, he is composed and rolls the ball to Christian Eriksen.

They have a lot of talent and I have questioned whether they have real winners. But they went to Europe and got a result in midweek and it looks like they have come back to the Premier League and got a result too, so all credit to them.

  4. Postpublished at 16:51 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2018

    Huddersfield 0-1 Newcastle

All the play is in the Newcastle half. The away defence has held firm but are almost undone by a long ball from the back. If Laurent Depoitre had an extra yard of pace he'd have got a toe on that. His drained look of disappointment sums up Huddersfield's day.

Well into three minutes of injury time...

  5. Postpublished at 16:51 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2018

    Watford 3-2 Cardiff

Free-kick to Cardiff. No need for me to tell you they've sent all the big lads forward but Watford keeper Ben Foster punches it clear.

  6. Postpublished at 16:50 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2018

    Wolves 1-0 Bournemouth

Bournemouth send 10 men forward - everyone bar the keeper - for a long throw-in. It eventually makes its way to Joshua King, whose shot is blocked by Conor Coady.

  7. 'Burnley deserved a point'published at 16:49 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2018

    Tottenham 1-0 Burnley

    Nigel Reo-Coker
Former West Ham midfielder on BBC Radio 5 live

Route one football, old school, Tottenham win the first header and Burnley do not deal with it. Simple football but effective football.

Burnley have been fantastic all game, they deserved a point. To lose like that is going to be heartbreaking.

  9. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:48 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2018

  10. goal

GOAL - Tottenham 1-0 Burnleypublished at 16:47 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2018

    Christian Eriksen (90+1 mins)

Breakthrough! It ain't pretty, but it's effective.

Spurs lump the ball up into the Burnley box, Fernando Llorente acts like a battering ram, the ball eventually dropping to Harry Kane who finds Christian Eriksen.

The substitute does the rest with a delightful finish, clipping past a helpless Joe Hart into the near corner.

Newcastle sitting back and soaking up the Huddersfield pressure like a brand new sponge.

    Bobby Reid (82 mins)

    Well now!

Cardiff are back in this. Bobby Reid's backheel hits a defender, comes back to him and he makes no mistake with the rebound!

  20. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:39 Greenwich Mean Time 15 December 2018

    Crystal Palace 1-0 Leicester

Somehow Palace survive! Jamie Vardy pounces on a cross after finding space into the Palace box, prodding goalwards and expecting to see the net bulge.

Somehow home keeper Vicente Guaita gets his fingertips on the ball. Somehow it hits the post and doesn't spin in. Somehow Palace hack clear.

Maybe that's a sign it is going to be their day...
