Josh: Pereira adds an assist to his goal, brilliantly done. Another superb finish from Lukaku on his right foot, similar to his goal against Palace

Phunky: Not even gonna wait until the full time whistle to say this.....Andreas Pereira Man of the Match performance

Adam: Sanchez goes off and we score two goals. Hmm

  2. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:23 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2019

    Bournemouth 0-1 Man City

City have had 83% of possession. They have played 499 passes to Bournemouth's 102. The hosts are not out of this though. One chance could do it.

But it's City who go close, one pass through sends Raheem Sterling in behind Jack Simpson, but Sterling's low shot is well saved!

It is tight but I think Romelu Lukaku is just on-side. The composure to come inside with such a cool finish. He had a couple of chances in the first half, and that was the most difficult of the lot.

Richard: Dalot - a breath of fresh air. Well done Ole. Didn't see that coming.

Andy: Dalot has already played better than Sanchez.

Nick: Dalot immediately changed United's momentum Very direct. Great finish Pereira

    Brighton 0-0 Huddersfield

It's a much better game since the break and Brighton go close again - Alireza Jahanbakhsh drives into the area from wide left, shoots hard and low but Jonas Lossl is able to make the save.

    Romelu Lukaku (59 mins)

    Turned it around!

Much-maligned Romelu Lukaku is on the scoresheet.

Great play from Andreas Pereira to toe the ball to the Belgian inside the box.

The former West Brom and Everton man has work to do, but shifts it onto his right foot and rolls a nice finish into the far corner.

That is what Lukaku does, misses plenty of chances but gets you a goal.

That is where Manchester City are so good - they are so patient they don't go in at half-time and worry they just keep playing their game and believe they will get their opportunity and that they are good enough to take it

    Wolves 2-0 Cardiff

Adama Traore's career in a nutshell. Since Matt Doherty came on he's pushed into the front three and he is so fast, Cardiff can't live with him but twice he powers away from cover but fiers wildly wide.

  11. 'Disappointing for Boruc'published at 16:16 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2019

    Bournemouth 0-1 Man City

    Nigel Reo-Coker
Former West Ham midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

A goal is a goal. Riyad Mahrez finally got the ball in the net.

I think the keeper Artur Boruc will be disappointed. I think he anticipated the ball to go across him. Instead Mahrez scuffed it. Many will say he shouldn't be beaten at his near post like that.

  12. CLOSE!published at 16:16 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2019

    Burnley 0-2 Crystal Palace

    Burnley need something quick time.

The two top Chris Wood and Ashley Barnes link up, but the Austrian's strike is deflected away from goal.

    Man Utd 1-1 Southampton

    Alex Scott

What a strike! Definitely one to watch back. He opens his body up and unleashes it, and the goalkeeper cannot get anywhere near it. It's an unbelievable finish.

GOAL - Bournemouth 0-1 Man Citypublished at 16:13 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2019

    Riyad Mahrez (55 mins)

Patience pays off for the leaders! A good goal too, Oleksandr Zinchenko plays a one-two and drives into the area, David Silva is able to tee up Riyad Mahrez on the right of the box and he fires a shot under the body of Artur Boruc.

That puts City two points clear as it stands.

Chance! And it falls for the the right man too, although maybe not the sort of chance he needed. Glenn Murray is played though on goal but his old legs can't carry him clear of trouble and Juninho Bacuna gets back to make the tackle.

GOAL - Man Utd 1-1 Southamptonpublished at 16:11 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2019

    Andrea Pereira (54 mins)

    And there is the equaliser.

Diogo Dalot has come on and made a brilliant impact for the home side - done more in two minutes than Alexis Sanchez has all season.

His skips in from the right and lays the ball off to Andreas Pereira 25 yards out.

What can the Brazilian do? He looks up and curls an absolute beauty of a strike - Ronaldinho-esque - over Angus Gunn and into the top corner.

  17. CLOSE!published at 16:11 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March 2019

    Should be 1-1.

Sub Diogo Dalot makes an immediate impact, working room for a cross but Marcus Rashford cannot find the target with his free header from six yards out.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Man City

    Matthew Upson
Former England defender on Final Score

Bournemouth have switched it up. They have tried to match the bigger teams toe to toe but today they are not trying to dominate possession, they are frustrating them and pressing them. City are finding them very difficult to break down.
