Tom Dee: Downing should have been sent off for the pretending it hurt his head!

Andrew: That was good acting. Holding his face despite ball hitting his wrist.

Ben Dunbar: That handball by Andrew was more of a handball than the one given to send Doncaster to this game.

Graham Potter, by contrast, is watching in with concern as Swansea look to find a way back into this game.

That was clearly off his arm, and that’s two penalty incidents now. I am not sure he knows much about it, but they’ve got away with it.

  6. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 16:38 Greenwich Mean Time 17 February 2019

    Doncaster 0-1 Crystal Palace

    Palace should have a penalty.

Patrick van Aanholt drives into the box on the left and tries to cut the ball back but a sliding Paul Downing blocks it with his arm.

The referee doesn't see it and the full-back clutches his face as if it's hit it. But that's a penalty all day long.

Doncaster manager Grant McCann looks frustrated. He has his hands in his pockets on this near touchline. I wonder if he's thinking his side haven't made enough of their openings in this first half?
