Sergio Ramos (43 mins)
Real Madrid lead the derby again. Sergio Ramos has become famed for his panenka penalties... but he dare not risk it against Atletico Madrid.
He has a stuttered run-up but then blasts the ball into the bottom left corner. Jan Oblak goes the right way but he can't keep it out.
But was Vinicius Jr fouled before he entered the box? The referee is chatting to his VAR associates - and he sticks to his initial decision.
Penalty.
Real Madrid have a penalty. It's a great surging run from Vinicius Jr who is fouled by Jose Gimenez on the edge of the area.
Gimenez is booked.

This game is end to end. Real teenager Vinicius Jr tries to take on Diego Godin in the box. He can beat the Atletico veteran for pace but not experience and the Uruguayan nudges him to the ground. Clever defending.
That wasn't a good time for the BBC text editing software to slow down. It had initially looked as if the ref had ruled it out but he was checking VAR and the goal definitely stands.
There is a long pause as the referee has discussions with the video assistant referees. Was it an Angel Correa foul to win the ball off VInicius Jr in the build-up? Was Antoine Griezmann offside?
Nope. The goal stands.
Antoine Griezmann (25 mins)
Atletico are level. Antoine Griezmann goes through one on one from Angel Correa's pass and slips the ball under the onrushing Thibaut Courtois.
The Frenchman really held his nerve there.
Casemiro wins the ball off Antoine Griezmann. The Atletico Madrid forward chases him down in a bit to get the ball back - but just kicks him down from behind. And we have another yellow card.
Real winger Lucas Vazquez is the first player to go into the book. It's been a bit feisty at times, slightly surprised nobody had been shown a yellow before now.
Real Madrid's wingers link up and it's a chance to double the lead. Atleti need to be careful that they don't find themselves out of this game. Man of the moment Vinicius Jr whips in a cross from the left which Lucas Vazquez blasts over at the far post.
This result would take Real Madrid above Atletico into second place and to within five points of leaders Barcelona.
Casemiro (16 mins)
Take two of Toni Kroos' corner and Real Madrid are ahead. Atleti don't properly get the German's corner away and it lands to a totally unmarked Casemiro, who sends an acrobatic flying volley past Jan Oblak.
Real are just putting together a spell of corners. Toni Kroos takes this one too quickly and he's going to have to take it again.
The home fans whistle every time Thibaut Courtois touches the ball. He's got a wall of thousands of red and white fans standing behind him.
Real's first chance now as Dani Carvajal clips a cross towards Luka Modric at the back post and the Croat puts his header all the way across goal and wide of the far stick.
