An exciting opening 45 minutes despite a lack of goals.
The first half ends on a sour note for Hearts with Clevid Dikamona hurting his knee in a challenge with Duckens Nazon and Greg Tansey, who was booked.

An entertaining, if scrappy, first half at McDiarmid Park.
St Johnstone started brightly but were suckered on the break, Graeme Shinnie nicely finishing off an Aberdeen move after 14 minutes.
It's been fairly even since.

A long throw into the box was the route to goal, the Kilmarnock defence failed to deal with it and Chris Erskine - leading the line today - turned to fire the ball home to make it 1-0 and notch his first goal for the club.
Other than that, it has been pretty even.
Kris Boyd hit the crossbar with a header for Kilmarnock, but in truth there haven’t been a tonne of chances.
