  4. A good 'first 45'published at 15:56

    HT: Kilmarnock 0-0 Motherwell

    Billy Dodds
    Former Scotland striker on Sportsound

I'm enjoying the tempo and pace of this game. The commitment of the players, flying into tackles. The passing's been good in these conditions. Kilmarnock have probably been the more dominant but Motherwell have had their chances. A really good first 45 - just no goals to show for it.

  5. Even half of blustery footballpublished at 15:5615:53

    HT: St Mirren 0-0 Livingston

    Kenny Crawford
    BBC Sport Scotland in Paisley

St Mirren will be delighted to get in 0-0 at half-time, because they’ve now played their half against the wind and rain. After the break we’ll see how Livingston deal with it.

The Buddies really came back into it towards half-time and the power and pace of Duckens Nazon is very impressive.

Livi’s Keaghan Jacobs is on a booking and is maybe fortunate not to have had a second, so perhaps he’ll be an early second half substitute.

  9. HALF-TIME St Mirren 0-0 Livingstonpublished at 15:47

Livingston threatened to steamroller St Mirren early on, with the hosts pinned back by the strong wind and rain. However, Chris Erskine missed a glorious chance and the Buddies have forced their way back into a game of few chances.

Can St Mirren make the most of the elements after the break?

  10. HALF-TIME Kilmarnock 0-0 Motherwellpublished at 15:47

Plenty of action and incident so far at Rugby Park but no goals. Motherwell started the better side but Kilmarnock ended the first half strongly.

The chances have been there for both sides - it might just need a bit of composure to break the impasse.

Aaron Tshibloa is taking a bit of stick but he does a good job for Killie - He's a stopper not a creator. Dicker and Power are so good that sometimes Tshibola takes a bit of stick from the Killie fans

  12. GREAT SAVE!published at 44 mins

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Motherwell

Gboly Ariyibi fires a 20-yard howitzer but Kilmarnock goalkeeper Daniel Bachmann is equal to it and able to beat the ball to safety with Curtis Main lurking.

  13. Hladky reluctant to handlepublished at 43 mins

    St Mirren 0-0 Livingston

St Mirren keeper Vaclav Hladky elects to punch clear as Craig Sibbald arrives at the back post to stab an awkward shot on target. It looked like an easy catch but Hladky was not taking any chances and the corner comes to nothing.

Jostling at a corner boils over as the two number 2s - Kilmarnock's Stephen O'Donnell and Motherwell's Richard Tait - clash and the full-backs are both booked.

  18. Dr Dreyerpublished at 15:35

    St Mirren 0-0 Livingston

    Kenny Crawford
    BBC Sport Scotland in Paisley

St Mirren have come right back into this match and Danish forward Anders Dreyer is causing Livi problems. He’s a stocky little chap but his low centre of gravity means he’s tricky to track and dispossess. The number 10 puts in a wicked delivery as well.

The rain is off! Still windy though.

  19. 'Precision passing'published at 15:33

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Motherwell

    Billy Dodds

    Quote Message

Killie fans will be liking what they're seeing: precise passes, nice and sharp and quick getting to the second balls. Motherwell are doing okay, defending well.

  20. Kelly at the readypublished at 31 mins

    St Mirren 0-0 Livingston

Duckens Nazon is played through on goal and the St Mirren striker perhaps takes too long to get his shot away, with his eventual strike knocked wide by the outstretched foot of Liam Kelly.
