    Leeds were three points clear of Sheffield United going in to the Easter weekend, but have ended up six points adrift of the Blades.

    Norwich win the title by a five-point margin, while Derby - 20 points behind them - could still join the Canaries in the Premier League next season.

    For a few minutes it had all looked so good for Middlesbrough.

    With Derby being held by West Brom, the Teessiders looked like they would take the final play-off spot when they led 2-0 at Rotherham.

    However, those second-half goals from Mason Bennett and Harry Wilson mean it's another season in the second tier for Boro.

    Bristol City needed to beat Hull and hope Boro and Derby slipped up if they were to pinch sixth but could only draw 1-1 at the KCOM Stadium.
