Norwich are the champions - congratulations to them - while Derby join Leeds, West Brom and Aston Villa in the play-off semi-finals. What a line-up!

As for Middlesbrough, who were relegated in 2017, they face a third straight season in the second tier.
Bristol City's wait for a first play-off campaign since 2008 continues.

Derby manager Frank Lampard on the upcoming play-offs:
"We're underdogs. I don't want to think about anything past Leeds. They're a fantastic team.
"They will be two massive games for us. We've got our work cut out.
"Take away all of the spying talk, we didn't play well in those two games (in the league against Leeds)."
Derby will take part in the Championship play-offs for the fourth time in six years, after 2014's loss to QPR in the final, plus semi-final eliminations against Hull and Fulham in 2016 and 2018 respectively.
Can they finally end their 11-year stay in the second tier?

At Villa Park, EFL chief executive Shaun Harvey has just placed the Championship trophy on its plinth and Norwich's players are entering the field to a guard of honour from the Aston Villa squad.
Expect lots of jumping around and plenty of champagne to be sprayed in the next few minutes.

Leeds were three points clear of Sheffield United going in to the Easter weekend, but have ended up six points adrift of the Blades.
Norwich win the title by a five-point margin, while Derby - 20 points behind them - could still join the Canaries in the Premier League next season.

With Derby being held by West Brom, the Teessiders looked like they would take the final play-off spot when they led 2-0 at Rotherham.
However, those second-half goals from Mason Bennett and Harry Wilson mean it's another season in the second tier for Boro.
Bristol City needed to beat Hull and hope Boro and Derby slipped up if they were to pinch sixth but could only draw 1-1 at the KCOM Stadium.

"We've got a great team here and a great bunch of lads. I'm delighted to get to the play-offs.

"It was touch and go this game, I'm not going to lie. But there was no way I was going to miss this game.
"It started hurting a little bit with about 15 minutes to go. I'll rest now and get ready for it."
