  1. 'It's a given Scott Parker should get the job'published at 17:20 British Summer Time 13 April 2019

    Fulham 2-0 Everton

    Fulham

More from Fulham skipper Tom Cairney: “We came up with big ambitions and a dream. It took a while get here, it is hard in the Championship. There have been highs and lows, this season has been a low, but Fulham will always bounce back and we will do that next season.

“The fans have been right to kick up a fuss. It has been an awful season. We were the first promoted team to spend over £100m and we have been relegated. It does not work like that."

On whether Scott Parker should be given the job permanently: “You can see the way the players play for him, the way they respond. If there has been that improvement in four or five weeks it’s a given [Parker should get the job]."

  3. 'Strange how football works'published at 17:17 British Summer Time 13 April 2019

    Fulham 2-0 Everton

    Fulham

Fulham midfielder Tom Cairney: "Result wise it was a step in the right direction, ever since Scott Parker was put in charge it has been a step in the right direction. It has been hard to get a win. But the performance has improved and an improvement in a short space of time.

"It is nine years since my last Premier League goal, also against Everton. It is strange how football works.

“Aleksandar Mitrovic was sensational - he was the benchmark and set the standard."

  4. 'A very disappointed changing room'published at 17:14 British Summer Time 13 April 2019

    FT: Brighton 0-5 Bournemouth

    Brighton & Hove Albion

Brighton midfielder Dale Stephens: "It's a very disappointed changing room. We're all very disappointed.

"We were miles away from what we're used to today. But we move on. We've got a massive game on Tuesday.

"There were some strong words said in the changing room like there should be. We just need to make sure it was just a one-off.

"We're in a position in the league where it's still in our hands and we can still do something about it. So that starts with a big game on Tuesday."

  5. 'We have to regroup and bounce back'published at 17:12 British Summer Time 13 April 2019

    FT: Southampton 3-1 Wolves

    Wolves

Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo told BBC Match of the Day: "It is something that we have to look at because our defensive structure was not the best. After we conceded the opener we controlled the game well and made chances until we drew level. We then went behind and were not able to stand up again and the second half was poor.

"We left too many spaces and we allowed them to play. Today they were better than us and we have to regroup and bounce back immediately. Our trip to Spain was planned before and we feel it is a good moment to have an opportunity to train and be together."

  7. 'If Man City had scored our goals everyone would be raving'published at 17:08 British Summer Time 13 April 2019

    FT: Brighton 0-5 Bournemouth

    Bournemouth

Dan Gosling speaking to BBC's Match of the Day: "We were getting back to our identity this week. The recent form hasn't been good enough. We lost our philosophy I think but our hard work on the training pitch showed today.

"I always like to get three or four goals a season but today I found myself in the box and slotted it away after a nice one-two with Callum [Wilson]. But some of our goals were top class today.

"We deserve great credit today for our goals - if Man City had scored them everyone would be raving about them.

"It's a great achievement to reach 40 points so hopefully we can have a great end to the season now if we keep that bravery and positivity."

  8. 'We did the basics well'published at 17:05 British Summer Time 13 April 2019

    FT: Southampton 3-1 Wolves

    Southampton

Southampton forward Nathan Redmond: "We are always just focused on the next game. We played well against Liverpool but against the top sides you need that bit extra. Today we did the basics well and put the chances away, backed by our fans.

"Wolves have had a fantastic season and maybe this was a hangover from last week's cup defeat but we had to concentrate on ourselves. We watched a lot of video in the week and as soon as we turned the ball over we had to look for the runs in behind."

On his first goal: "I got across the defender well and maybe I haven't done that as much as I would have liked this season."

  10. 'It feels like forever'published at 17:01 British Summer Time 13 April 2019

    Brighton 0-5 Bournemouth

    Bournemouth

Ryan Fraser: "It feels like we've been stuck on 38 points forever. Our away form hasn't been great and our home recent form hasn't been so it was great today.

"We were lacking a bit of confidence recently but hopefully we can grow from today's game and now we can try and beat Bournemouth's highest ever Premier League points tally.

"I wanted to get 10 and 10 - goals and assists - at the start of the season. Now I think I've got 12 assists and eight goals so hopefully I can get that target and keep up with the big boys. It's nice to get the goals and assists but the win too."

  17. 'Burnley's quality showed'published at 16:54 British Summer Time 13 April 2019

    Burnley 2-0 Cardiff

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live

Neil Warnock's side have given everything to try and get back into this game but they just ran out of steam in the last few minutes.

For them to score goals against Premier League defences they have to be prepared to commit players forward and take more risks, because the players don't have the quality to produce the magic when one-on-one.

Decisions certainly didn't go their way in the second half but Burnley, at both ends of the field have just had too much Premier League quality. It always looked like Burnley would score goals while Cardiff just couldn't find any gaps. Ultimately Burnley were the better team and deserved their victory.
