Chelsea look really good going forward and Mount and Abraham have linked up really well in the first half.

More holes will appear in that second half and the game will be decided on which team is the more clinical.

Adam Sh: Chelsea looking the most exciting we have in attack in years, problem is leaky defence though (which is unlike Chelsea).I have hope we will improve as the players get experience and Rudiger and more importantly Kante (our best player for a few seasons now) returns.

Lifa Nati: The problem for Lampard is when your most senior players are the ones making mistakes, Jorginho can not defend and doesn't score goals. Mount and Abraham have been outstanding so far. Kante is sorely missed.

Kyle: Brilliant first half. The best half of football of the new season so far. What a game I hope the 2nd half is as good as the 1st half. Both sides have been superb going forward but awful defensively.

Since the start of last season, Norwich's league matches have seen a total of 163 goals scored (99 for, 64 against), at least three more than any other side in the top four tiers of English football in this time (excluding play-offs).

Amrul Choudhury: Expect 2nd half to be a dull affair. The managers will launch a rocket in the dressing room at half time.

Richard Chatterton: The three promoted teams definitely don't intend to sit back and make up the numbers.

Katvik: Chelsea need to make sure Norwich can have no more shots on goal. Every time they manage one it ends in the back of the net....

Defensively Norwich aren't reacting to Chelsea's attacks, they seem to let it happen and then react to it too late. They have all summer to sort this out and they keep conceding the same kind of goals.

To quote Weller, "that's entertainment".

Ross Barkley, who I'm sure is decent from long range, smacks an effort from outside the area which rises and continues to rise.

I hear the HT whistle.

Shambhav Joshi: Pukki = Clinical, Norwich = Entertaining, Premier League = Brilliant.

Tom Dee: Norwich showed against Liverpool that they are a decent team even though the scoreline seemed to show different.

Chance o'clock.

Christian Pulisic produces a neat Cruyff-turn in the area but sees his shot blocked by Jamal Lewis, and then Cesar Azpilicueta almost finds Tammy Abraham again at the near post.

Norwich then break at pace, but the cross-field ball intended Teemu Pukki is too close to the alert Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Relentless.

Marco Stiepermann becomes the second player to go into the book by bringing down the first player to go into the book, Jorginho.

Both teams appear to be digesting what has just happened over the past 40-odd minutes.

There are only six minutes (plus stoppage) until half-time!!

I wish every football half was like this one.

Jon Connor: Chelsea's defence has been woeful all season. Its all very well scoring, but when you are sloppy at the back, it just undoes all that work.

Ryan Flint: Lampard needs to play Caballero for a few games. Yes he’s 37, but Kepa just isn’t cutting it with his poor decision making. He doesn’t have the Cech or Courtois authority about him...
