    It was also a happy afternoon for Barnsley, who tasted victory for the first time in 18 league games.

    Goals from Alex Mowatt and Mike-Steven Bahre gave the Tykes a two goal lead before Keane Lewis-Potter got one back for Hull but Conor Chaplin sealed the win for the home side late on.

    Barnsley are now five points from safety but remain bottom of the Championship.
