    Liverpool 1-1 Tottenham

Oh how Jordan Henderson enjoyed that goal as he celebrated in front of The Kop.

That was his first at Anfield since December 2015.

  2. 'It was not a clean goal from Henderson'published at 17:43 Greenwich Mean Time 27 October 2019

In the build-up to that, Danny Rose just could not clear it. We have been wondering who can score and then up comes Jordan Henderson. It was not clean but he got enough on it. You can see Liverpool go on from here now.

    Jordan Ayew

    Palace turn it around.

It is a lovely move starting from the back.

Eventually James McArthur digs out a cross to the back post over David Luiz - who is sleeping - for Jordan Ayew to head in from close range.

Arsenal's missed chances coming back to bite them.

  4. CLOSE!published at 17:42 Greenwich Mean Time 27 October 2019

    Norwich 0-2 Man Utd

Another fine save from Tim Krul, Norwich are all over the place at the back.

Daniel James' cross should be cut out by Ibrahim Amadou but the Canaries defender makes a mess out it allowing it to reach Anthony Martial in the area.

The Frenchman sets himself, but the low shot is kept out by Krul's leg.

    Jordan Henderson

    Captain to the rescue!

Paulo Gazzaniga is finally beaten as a ball into Tottenham's penalty area comes off Danny Rose and rolls into Jordan Henderson's path.

The skipper still has a lot to do but makes a clean connection with his left foot and threads the ball home.

    Game on!

  6. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 17:38 Greenwich Mean Time 27 October 2019

    Norwich 0-2 Man Utd

A coming together in the area between Norwich sub Onel Hernandez and United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who is on a booking.

It is being checked, of course, but the referee eventually restarts play.

    Liverpool 0-1 Tottenham

Son Heung-Min hits the woodwork for the second time!

Liverpool are completely caught out by a ball over the top and Son races through, rounds Alisson, but his attempt crashes against the bar and bounces out.

    What a game!

Klopp and Liverpool are playing good football style but I still think we lack someone like Gerrard or Couthino who were able to score from outside the box in games like this as Tottenham are defending good inside the box. Bring Ox on and let him have a go.

  10. CLOSE!published at 17:36 Greenwich Mean Time 27 October 2019

    Norwich 0-2 Man Utd

BIG chance for Norwich at the start of the second half.

Max Aarons makes mince meat of Ashley Young down the left and makes his way unchallenged into the box.

He picks out Norwich striker Teemu Pukki six yards out, but the Finnish player cannot finish, screwing high and wide.

Ash Williams: Spurs look increasingly worried and continue to make fouls and try to slow the game down. They can’t do this for the 2nd half without letting one in.

Spurs playing like a non league team in the fa cup trying to get a scalp. No possession, no attacks and all the time wasting. A reminder they were in the champions league final in June.

    Liverpool 0-1 Tottenham

    Michael Brown
Former Tottenham midfielder on BBC 5 Live

There is frustration around us from the Liverpool supporters but Liverpool have also created four or five good opportunities. On another day they would have put those away. They are moving Tottenham around and creating opportunities. Tottenham have been on the back foot but Paulo Gazzaniga has been incredible.

  15. 'It was a crazy 45 minutes of football'published at 17:28 Greenwich Mean Time 27 October 2019

    Norwich 0-2 Man Utd

    Conor McNamara
BBC Radio 5 live commentator at Carrow Road

Crazy, absolutely crazy first half. The scoreline does not show half the story here. Manchester United were awarded two penalties, both by VAR, both not clear cut and then both saved by Tim Krul. It was a crazy 45 minutes of football.

    Newcastle 1-1 Wolves

    Newcastle United

Newcastle manager Steve Bruce speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "I was delighted the way we played in the first half and needed more of it in the second but for some reason we didn't play in the second half. We needed to gain composure and a foothold in the game but we gave the ball away so many times and sat back too much.

"We forgot to take part in the second half. "We said we wanted to win the second half as well. Second half it was that horrible cliche of a game of two halves - if ever there was one.

On Sean Longstaff's red card: "I thought he was unlucky. I think he has played the ball and he isn't in control of his foot but where is his foot supposed to go? When players roll around like that afterwards I'm always a bit dubious.

On his side's scoring problems: "We've invested in strikers, in the second half they were feeding off scraps. We need to do better to give the players at the top end of the pitch chances."

    Newcastle 1-1 Wolves

    Wolves

Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "We performed better in the second half. Newcastle were organised and we had problems but in the second half we were better and created so much. We combined well and I'm happy - the challenge is to do it in both halves."

On his side's busy schedule: "We are embracing the challenge. We have played 20 games, that is a lot of effort. There are no days off and so a lot of credit goes to the boys."

On losing Willy Boly this week through injury: "He's a big player and a big man and we will miss him, but it is something that can happen. He was doing a box in training and fell - it is sad that has happened."

Graham Geo O'Reilly: Busy cooking a roast dinner and every time I check the screen for an update it’s all VAR, is there any actual football going on?

I'm not sure how anyone can say that VAR is killing the game. We've always had debate on decisions, it's just from a different source now. It's to stop clear and obvious errors, not eliminate debate.
