Liverpool have not been at their best but have got the job done with relative ease, unless Bournemouth can suddenly up the ante and find a way back.

Gerard Deulofeu briefly does his Neo from the Matrix impression, taking on a whole host of opponents in the box. His trickery almost buys him a shooting chance before one stretched leg denies him.

A moment later, Deulofeu does get a shot away but curls it past the post from a central position, 20 yards out.

Naby Keita gets a decent shot away after Mohamed Salah's flick for himself doesn't quite come off. It is a fairly routine save in the end for Aaron Ramsdale, but another chance for the visitors.

Bournemouth are yet to have a shot on target.

Etienne Capoue doesn't score many. He rarely gets in range to do so. Doesn't stop him having a pop from range, though. Soon as the ball leaves his boot he turns and trots back into his defensive position. A crowd member returns the ball to the field.

I think we have to put this game in perspective. Liverpool are a fantastic team., we all know that. Even if Bournemouth were on top of their game, they would struggle to compete against this Liverpool game.

Liverpool are straight on the hunt for a third as Mohamed Salah finds Naby Keita, who in turn tries to pick out Trent Alexander-Arnold but the full-back is closed down as he tries to hit a cross.

Ake injury was the obvious turning point. The two assists for Liverpool’s goals are better than the finishes. Henderson/Salah sensational to provide for Oxlade-Chamberlain/Keita. Shouldn’t be a problem for the leaders from here.

Looks like Jairo Riedewald is coming on for Palace for the second half.

I was looking at that and I was about to have a go at Mohamed Salah for trying too many back heels.

The one thing that amazes me with Salah is how strong he is. He gets people running off him, which you just can't stop.
