  1. 'We buy attackers to unlock defences'published at 15:55 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Tottenham 3-0 Burnley

    Harry Kewell
Ex Liverpool and Leeds winger on BBC Final Score

Everyone always looks at the defensive side of things but we buy attackers to unlock defences and entertain.

What Son did today won't get goal of the season but someone running from their own half and then scoring has to be up there.

As good as Liverpool are, we have been desperately poor all season. I fear our time in the EPL is coming to an End. Howe is all out of ideas.

    Sy, Bournemouth

Jordan Henderson is the most underrated midfielder in the PL. He makes passes like that look easy and should have had two more assists in the Everton game.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain became the 15th different player to score a Premier League goal for Liverpool this season earlier, which is as many as they had in the whole of last season.

Naby Keita then became the 16th, which barring the 2015-16 campaign is the most they have had in a Premier League season.

  6. 'I'm surprised at Bournemouth'published at 15:50 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Bournemouth 0-2 Liverpool

    Tony Pulis
Former Stoke and West Brom manager on BBC Radio 5 Live

Great inter play by the two of them - Kepa and Salah. He's onside, there is no doubt about that. It's going to be an uphill battle for Bournemouth. I thought Bournemouth would try to turn Liverpool. They have pace upfront but instead they have sat back and allowed Liverpool to come at them.

  7. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Bournemouth 0-2 Liverpool

The league leaders are cruising to victory.

Struggling Bournemouth are now heading for a fifth defeat in a row.

  8. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Tottenham 3-0 Burnley

    It's 3-0, but could easily be 6-2.

Spurs surely have this in the bag already. Highlight of the half undoubtedly Son's George Weah-esque solo goal.

One for Match of the Day viewing, for sure.

  9. Postpublished at 15:48 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

Mohamed Salah somehow misses from point-blank range.

Actually, looking at replays, the ball came across to him at an awkward height. Difficult finish.

    Liverpool firmly in control.

Sarr, with space on the right side of the box slices an attempted cross/shot painfully high and wide.

"That's why you're going down", sing the travelling Palace support, tipping a bucket of salt in the wound.

  14. goal

GOAL - Bournemouth 0-2 Liverpoolpublished at 15:44 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Naby Keita (44 mins)

Lovely goal! Naby Keita passes to Mohamed Salah, who waits with his back to goal before knocking the ball through the legs of a Bournemouth defender for Keita, who then smashes in from close range.

    Surely game over.

  15. Postpublished at 15:44 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

Burnley have the ball in the net, but the whistle has long gone, with Paulo Gazzaniga fouled as he looked to gather a cross.

  16. Postpublished at 15:43 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

Philip Billing knocks Trent Alexander-Arnold's cross behind for a corner as Liverpool come forward again.

The corner ultimately comes to nothing but the league leaders are getting into their groove.

All getting a bit feisty now at Watford. Craig Cathcart is booked for a late challenge, the third man into the book. We've also a few handbags swung.

  20. 'Great pass, great finish'published at 15:40 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2019

    Bounemouth 0-1 Liverpool

    Tony Pulis
Former Stoke and West Brom manager on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's an absolutely fantastic pass from Jordan Henderson. What's that 60 or 70 yards? Great pass, great finish, great technique. Eddie Howe will not be happy with the defending. They allowed Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to get in the middle of them.
