    Hibernian 2-0 Ross County

Flo Kamberi should make it 3-0 for Hibs when a ball from the right finds the striker eight yards out.

He has a go with his right foot, but it's a fresh-air shot. Then he cracks one with his left, but the ball hammers the frame of the goal and spins into the crowd.

A couple of minutes later, County win a free-kick on the right and Sean Kelly's teasing ball is flicked just wide by Billy Mckay.

    Kilmarnock 0-0 St Mirren

A quick free-kick catches out the Kilmarnock defence, but Jonathan Obika sees the ball slide off the top of his foot and out harmlessly for a goal kick when he would have been clean through.

  6. goal

    David Wotherspoon

    Oh my days.

The ball is worked along to Wotherspoon on the left. The midfielder drives into the box, cuts on to his right, and bends a low shot beyond the outstretched grasp of Owain Fon Williams.

What a goal this could be.

  8. CLOSE!published at 16:16 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

    Livingston 0-0 Hearts

Livi defender Alan Lithgow is a lucky man after swinging a leg at an Aaron Hickey cross. The ball could have gone anywhere but it bounces close to the back post and away to safety.

  9. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:15 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

    St Johnstone 1-1 Hamilton

So close for St Johnstone as they almost score twice in a matter of seconds. Determined play delivered the ball to David Wotherspoon 25 yards out. He tries his luck but the base of the post denies him.

Instantly, the ball finds its way to Stevie May who arcs a smart effort just wide of the far post.

  10. goal

GOAL Hibernian 2-0 Ross Countypublished at 16:15 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

    Scott Allan

Brilliant. Hibs double up. Scott Allan scores a carbon copy of his winning goal against St Mirren on the opening day - the last time Hibs tasted victory in the league.

Allan slaloms his way inside from the left, drives along the edge of the box, and reverses his right-foot shot into the bottom corner. Lovely finish.

  11. CLOSE!published at 16:11 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

    Livingston 0-0 Hearts

So close to the breakthrough from 10-man Livingston as Jack McMillan slides a shot past Joel Pereira from the edge of the box but up pops Michael Smith with a block just in front of the goal-line.

  12. Postpublished at 16:09 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

    Kilmarnock 0-0 St Mirren

Kilmarnock play some nice football, knocking it about until full-back Niko Hamalainen finds space and fires a rocket at goal, but it's from a long way out and goalkeeper Vaclav Hladky is able to get behind it without too much trouble.

    Daryl Horgan

    An instant impact!

Daryl Horgan scampers on to a lovely ball over the top from Jason Naismith, races away from the County defence, and blasts beyond Ross Laidlaw from right of centre.

That's the speed and ruthlessness Hibs have been missing.

  14. RED CARDpublished at 16:07 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

    Livingston 0-0 Hearts

Aymen Souda is sent packing for a dangerous hitch kick that nearly takes the head off Christophe Berra. Joel Pereira looked in a world of trouble as he flapped at the ball, but Souda went in bizarrely with two feet off the ground. Neil McCann says it was "kung-foo-esque" from the forward.

  15. Can Horgan turn up the heat for Hibs?published at 16:06 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

    Hibernian 0-0 Ross County

BBC pundit Allan Preston was bemoaning a lack of pace in the Hibs side. That should change now that winger Darly Horgan is on for holding midfielder Melker Hallberg.

  20. HALF-TIME Livingston 0-0 Heartspublished at 15:53 British Summer Time 26 October 2019

This is not one for the football purists.

Hearts striker Uche Ikpeazu when through one-on-one against Matija Sarkic but hesitated a moment too long and his shot was well saved. Ryoto Meshino's long range curler looked to have beaten the Livi 'keeper, but looped just past the post.

The best of the Livingston chances came when former Hearts man Scott Robinson's close-range strike was saved well by Joel Pereira.

A word for referee Greg Aitken, who was booed off the park at half-time by the Hearts fans. He decided not to give Ikpeazu a penalty and avoided giving a host of free-kicks. He's not the most popular man in West Lothian at the moment.
