    Liverpool midfielder Fabinho has been ruled out until the new year with ankle ligament damage sustained in the midweek Champions League draw with Napoli.

    He will miss a minimum of nine matches, including the Merseyside derby against Everton on 4 December and the trip to nearest challengers at the top of the Premier League Leicester City on Boxing Day.

    According to a report by the Evening Standard's James Olley, , externalby the end of his reign, Emery's accent was being openly mocked by some players at Arsenal's London Colney training base, with the dressing room growing frustrated at drawn-out video analysis sessions.

    He adds that strikers Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre Emerick Aubameyang both made it clear that they would not sign contract extensions while Emery remained in charge.
