We have a heard a lot about the long ball game Burnley supposedly play. Well that was a beautiful ball from the right-back Matthew Lowton out to Charlie Taylor on the left-hand side, who lays it back to that man Dwight McNeil with that beautiful left foot and Jeff Hendrick comes in at the back post and heads it just wide. What a move from Burnley.

Burnley have a chance that isn't a header. Chris Wood finds Jay Rodriguez, who snatches at a shot from the edge of the box which he drags wide.

Mesut Ozil hasn't been a central figure today. He's replaced by England Under-21 midfielder Joe Willock.

After losing the last 11 matches against Arsenal, surely that will change for Burnley?

How many chances are Burnley going to waste? Charlie Taylor lays the ball off to Dwight McNeil and his excellent cross is headed wide by Jeff Hendrick.

Arsenal edged the first half an hour or so. But Burnley have dominated since then.

Brilliant desire from Charlie Taylor, the Burnley left-back didn't know when to give up. He will feel that one, quite a heavy knock when he was travelling so quick.

Arsenal's line was very, very high, leaving lots of space for the Burnley players to run into.

It's not the first time today that Burnley have a set-piece and James Tarkowski and Ben Mee go for the same ball. Tarkowski gets the final touch on this one with his head and it's wide.

A huge shock as Granit Xhaka gets a booking. Matthew Lowton cruises past Mesut Ozil before Xhaka - playing at left-back - blocks him off.

Good pass by Mesut Ozil to find Gabriel Martinelli in the box. The Brazilian youngster wriggles into an inch of room but his shot is then blocked. That may have been Arsenal's first attack since the break.

Burnley are causing Arsenal problems with crosses from the wings. This time it's Dwight McNeil to Chris Wood and the striker can't make sufficent contact with his head.

Great ball from Burnley, trying to get in behind the Arsenal back four, similar to what Arsenal have been doing to them. It just didn't fall Charlie Taylor.

Ashley Westwood crosses and Chris Wood tries to get a header in but the offside flag goes up.
