  1. KICK-OFFpublished at 1 min

    Norwich 0-0 Leicester

We've just spent far too long trying to name all the players from that Norwich v Manchester City game in 2005 when Delia Smith produced her half-time rant.

We're up and running at a very wet Carrow Road.

    Norwich v Leicester (20:00 GMT)

    Mark Schwarzer
Former Fulham keeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's really tough as a player to focus and to have that confidence [in a relegation battle]. You're all frail, you know you're in a position where mistakes cost you points, you're running out of games, it's the difference between staying up and being relegated, and the fans only need a little bit to kick them off and make the environment a difficult one.

I remember times when it was easier playing away than at home.

It is absolutely chucking it down now over Carrow Road.

Maybe that boat (18:55 GMT entry) wasn't such an outlandish idea after all..

It is 15 years ago today since Delia Smith's famous "where are you?" outburst at half time in Norwich's 3-2 defeat by Manchester City.

The rant didn't have the desired impact as the Canaries went on to be relegated that season.

Still, comfortably one of the most memorable moments of the Premier League era.

    Fifteen years ago. Madness.

Who would be your first inductees into the Premier League Hall of Fame?

Faraaz: Why isn't Dennis Bergkamp ever mentioned in the debate? Legend, the first real true world class foreign star to sign for a premier league club.

Mark from Stockport: One team for sixteen years, capable of the extraordinary, scorer of fantastic goals, never quite made it for England but a brilliant player. Matt Le Tissier.

James Maddison is all smiles tonight and you can understand why - this is the first time he has returned to Carrow Road since he left Norwich to join Leicester.

"Norwich is the first result I check every week. I feel more like a supporter than an ex-player," he told The Pink Un , externalback in December.

"I want Norwich to win every single week, just two weekends when they don't."

    Relegation nailed on?

Premier League tableImage source, BBC Sport

    It's looking bleak for Norwich.

They have won just one of their last 14 Premier League games (D5 L8) and have failed to score in each of their last three. Indeed, Norwich’s last two goals have been penalties, with the Canaries not scoring from open play since the fourth minute of their match against Crystal Palace on New Year’s Day.

But they do have excellent fans an an excellent song. So let's be having you!

Footballers worried about the impact of coronavirus have been contacting unions "out of fear" they could be forced to play in "high-risk environments", according to global body Fifpro.

Qualifiers for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and 2022 World Cup could be postponed in a bid to prevent the spread.

This weekend's matches in Switzerland's top two divisions have been postponed.

Tottenham's Son Heung-min will self-isolate in line with UK guidelines when he returns from surgery in South Korea.

Newcastle and West Ham have banned handshakes at their training grounds in an attempt to stop the virus' spread.

Will we see fist pumps when the teams line up and greet each other tonight?

    Norwich v Leicester (20:00 GMT)

    John Ruddy
Wolves goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's one win out of 14 for Norwich and that's not going to keep you in the Premier League. We played against them last week and I thought they lacked energy, which is extremely surprising when you see the situation and where they are - they need to come out tonight, because they need a minor miracle to stay up.

My colleague - who shall remain nameless although I will say he is a live text commentating regular and has a surname that sounds similar to Constance - says that's an outrageous claim there by Khan that Ryan Giggs was never outstanding over a season. Fair point.

Who would be your first inductees into the Premier League Hall of Fame?

Phil Beck: First two inductees into the Hall of Fame simply have to be Giggs and Shearer. The guy who's won it more than anyone else and the guy that's scored more goals than anyone else.

Khan Karn: Shearer has to be the first, Giggs was a Premier League great due to longevity, he never ever really the best and was never outstanding over a season. Shearer was an incredible goalscorer throughout his whole career. Much more impressive as an individual

Just been confirmed that it is a calf injury for Jamie Vardy.

Remember when they were going to make a movie about him? What happened there?

So no Jamie Vardy then. Not sure why yet but presumably he has picked up an injury.

The striker was banging in goals for fun at the start of the season, hitting 17 in his first 18 Premier League appearances. However, he's on quite a significant drought at the moment without a goal in his last nine games.

"Sometimes you get a wee run like this though," says Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers earlier this week. "I think when he came back from his injury he was maybe not quite up to speed.

"But I think you saw against Manchester City the return of that running power and speed. In those types of games you get very few chances anyway."

Norwich make just one change from the side beaten by Wolves but it's potentially an exciting one as wildcard playmaker Emi Buendia gets a start. Lukas Rupp is the man to make way.

Leicester go back to a back four but the big news is that Jamie Vardy is not in the squad at all. Youri Tielemans and Wilfred Ndidi are both kept on the bench.

In come Ayoze Perez, Hamza Choudhury and Harvey Barnes.
