Huge challenge!

A brilliant ball is played behind the defence by Daler Kuzyaev and Vyacheslav Karavaev is charging in at the far post but Jere Uronen slides in bravely to clear the danger.

Uronen clatters into the post as he makes that block and then gets caught by an accidental stray Karavaev boot, but is soon back on his feet.

The loss of Mario Fernandes is more bad news for Russia.

They have already had to rule veteran defender Yury Zhirkov out of Euro 2020 after he was injured in the first group game against Belgium.

Fernandes managed 10 touches and completed eight passes before he limped off. Boss Stanislav Cherchesov will be hoping the news is not as bad as Zhirkov's.

Glen Kamara is proving a real menace for the Russia defence so far and he draws another foul with another quick break and this time Magomed Ozdoev is shown a yellow card.

Nice play by Finland with Teemu Pukki at the centre of it. He plays in Robin Lod with a first-time pass but the midfielder spends too long on the ball and Russia deal with the danger.

You can have the ball and lead all the stats, but you've got to put the ball in the net. For all Russia have dominated possession, there's not a lot between them. Finland look a massive threat on the counter attack.

Igor Diveev rises unchallenged to meet a Russia corner but heads over.

Russia are creating opportunities but not putting them on target so far.

Bit of a panic in the Finland defence as the ball pings about a bit in the area with Artem Dzyuba looking to pounce.

Dimitri Barinov tugs on Glen Kamara's shirt and is shown a yellow card.

Finland are then almost in after the free kick as a mistake at the back sees the lively Joel Pohjanpalo into the area but Russia manage to recover just in time.

We saw Spain dominate against Sweden on Monday without managing to find the net.

Despite all their possession, Russia have had just two attempts - none on target.

That's unfortunately it for Mario Fernandes and he is replaced in defence by Vyacheslav Karavaev.

Fernandes is on the ground. It's Golovin again, really good quality. Just reaching for that, Fernandes has hurt himself there. He's not the most mobile. It's all part and parcel of top level football.

There's a break in play because Mario Fernandes is in need of treatment after picking up an injury during a Russia attack.

It doesn't look like he's going to be able to continue.

Russia are very suspect at the back, we can see it already. They look alright going forward, they've had a lot of the ball. But Finland just carry that threat.
