Kylian Mbappe does exceptionally well to create space for himself inside the box and his attempt goes through the legs of a defender - and rolls agonisingly wide.

I think the Hungarians will be very happy with the state of play. They started very well, at a really high pace from a pressing point of view. The fans are massively behind them and that's going to be hugely important as we get into the depths of this game when it gets really tough.

But France have been probing away. They're doing the right things, they're moving well, they're getting it wide and getting crosses in the box. The gaps are starting to appear, they've just got to keep it up and keep going.

Big blow for Hungary. They've lost their captain Adam Szalai to injury and Nemanja Nikolic is on. Nikolic is nearly wiped out by his first touch as Kylian Mbappe's free-kick strikes the substitute on the head.

If you're arriving late into the box, you know the defenders have to drop into the six yard box. Lucas Digne has put that on the penalty spot and Mbappe's timing was perfect but he just can't guide it into the far corner but the cross and the header was excellent.

It's hot out there - so much so that there will be a drinks break at the midway stage of the first and second halves.

France, though, are showing an awful lot of energy as they look to get their noses in front.

Another big chance for the world champions.

I can't believe he's missed that. I think he's in an offside position luckily for him but he just lashed at it. The first bit of really good play, they found that pocket of space they've been searching for the whole game. The strike from Benzema is ok, it's a good one. If Griezmann isn't offside just slot that into the near post, but he clearly was.

There aren't many players in world football of Griezmann's quality with his attacking prowess. He works as hard defensively for the team.

You've got Benzema and Mbappe and I'm sure he will be a part of that but the work he puts in down that right hand side is brilliant.
