With the Netherlands having secured top spot and North Macedonia heading home after the match, this is a dead rubber.
There was speculation Frank de Boer would rest regulars and give fringe players a run out.
But he has opted for just two changes.
De Boer is also sticking with the new 5-3-2 tactics, having successfully employed three centre backs and two wing backs to good effect in their opening two matches.

Yaremchuk has scored in his first two European Championship appearances and since his first cap in September 2018, the 25-year-old has scored more international goals than any other Ukraine player (10).
West Ham's Yarmolenko has scored in each of his past three matches for Ukraine, netting four goals, and could score in four consecutive games for his country for the first time.

Only a win will do against Ukraine in their final match if they are to change that this time around.
"We are aware that it has a feeling of a final, we want to win this match and write history, this is obvious," Austria captain David Alaba said.
"It won't be easy but we can see that we have great team spirit. There are so many players who play at such a top level and have already gained experience. We know how strong Ukraine are, but we also know their weaknesses and we want to benefit from this."

Goran Pandev has confirmed the game against the Netherlands will be his last for his country. He turns 38 on 27 July.
His place in North Macedonia's football folklore is assured, though, not surprising for a man who has said previously he would trade his club trophies for a chance to play for his country on the big stage.
North Macedonia are second in their World Cup qualifying group as things stand, with the tournament in Qatar only 17 months away.
Leading them on the global stage was a prospect Pandev has decided to resist though.
