GOAL - Reading 1-1 Cardiffpublished at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

    Yakou Meite (7 mins)

Charlie Adams plays a lifted ball over the top and there's a fortunate deflection from the defender as he heads it down.

Yakou Meite, who looked well offside, pounces onto it. The flag doesn't go up and there's no VAR.

  2. 'The cloud has lifted at St. Mary's'published at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

    Southampton 0-0 Tottenham

    Tony Pulis
Former Stoke and West Brom manager on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's smashing to see a full house, the cloud looks as though it's lifted at St. Mary's. Southampton are full of running and full of beans.

  3. CLOSE!published at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

    Burnley 0-0 Norwich

It's going to be 5-5 at Turf Moor! Chances galore as now Burnley miss a sitter. He scored a screamer in midweek but Jay Rodriguez can only shoot straight at Ralf Fahrmann.

    What a chance!

  4. 'Tottenham squad is stale'published at 15:06 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

    Southampton 0-0 Tottenham

    Jermaine Beckford
Ex-Leeds Utd striker on Final Score

Jose Mourinho has had a major injury in Harry Kane to deal with but the squad is a bit stale, there have not been many major changes over the last few years so maybe complacency has set in. There is definitely something going on behind the scenes and they have done well to keep that in house. But they are all pros. Jose will take no nonsense. If he has to change something he will change it, even if it upsets the status quo.

  5. Postpublished at 15:06 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

    West Ham 0-0 West Brom

Kyle Edwards cuts in from the left and strikes it low towards the far post. Darren Randolph reacts well to palm it away.

  6. Postpublished at 15:05 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

    Newcastle 0-0 Oxford

Decent start from the League One side as Josh Ruffels drags a cross-shot across the goalmouth. Just needed a boot on it.

  7. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:04 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

    Burnley 0-0 Norwich

Josip Drmic has made some start here! He should have two already, played through on goal again and lifts a shot against the bar, and then he heads it wide.

Ah the flag was up. But still...

  8. goal

GOAL - Reading 0-1 Cardiffpublished at 15:04 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

    Callum Paterson (5 mins)

A long cross from the right is nodded on by Josh Murphy. Callum Paterson latches onto it and pokes it in from a few yards out.

    Decent start at the Madejski.

  9. Postpublished at 15:04 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

    Southampton 0-0 Tottenham

Serge Aurier deals with Michael Obafemi on the left as the Saints try to break. Nothing of note so far as St Mary's.

  10. Pre-match tunes at Readingpublished at 15:02 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

    Reading 0-0 Cardiff

    Michael Pearlman
BBC Sport Wales at the Madejski Stadium

We have had a slight overlap between the PA pumping out the pre-match tunes and the actual kick-off.

Cardiff fans were only too happy to carry on singing Sweet Caroline, although it has left me waiting for the boxing to start.

There have been 18 changes between the two sides, so this is a tough match to call.

  11. Postpublished at 15:02 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

    Portsmouth 0-0 Barnsley

Decent start from Barnsley. Mads Andersen wins a corner after Alex Bass has to come out and clear a dangerous throughball.

  12. CLOSE!published at 15:01 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

    Burnley 0-0 Norwich

    Sitter!

What a chance in the first few seconds for Norwich as Josip Drmic is played clean through, one-on-one, and he sidefoots wide!

  13. KICK-OFFpublished at 15:00 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

Starting to get underway in all eight matches kicking off at 3pm. Let's have a few upsets please.

  14. 'Southampton's run has been extraordinary'published at 15:00 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

    Southampton v Tottenham (15:00 GMT)

    Tony Pulis
Former Stoke and West Brom manager on BBC Radio 5 Live

I've watched Southampton's games early season, when they were struggling, and there was a real doubt around the place about whether they were strong enough to stay in the Premier League, but their run has been extraordinary. The atmosphere is going to be fabulous. I expect a really good game.

  15. Postpublished at 15:00 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

Coventry City v Birmingham (15:00 GMT)

    Neil Johnston
    BBC Sport at St Andrew's

    What a noise!

With ELO's Mr Blue Sky booming from the speakers both teams emerge from te tunnel. Blues are wearing yellow shirts and royal blue shorts.

We've already had a very loud rendition of the Birmingham's anthem 'Keep Right On To The End Of The Road'.

Meanwhile, both sets of fans join in a song about Aston Villa. It's not a nice song.

  16. The FA Cup still matterspublished at 14:58 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January 2020

    Southampton v Tottenham (15:00 GMT)

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at St. Mary's

At least it certainly seem to as far as Ralph Hasenhuttl and Jose Mourinho are concerned.

They have both named strong sides for this very attractive FA Cup fourth round tie here at St. Mary's.

Good atmosphere inside the stadium as well, with the Saints fans in great spirits after they have been revitalised in recent times by Hasenhuttl.

I hope 'Jack & Alex' only get one ticket to the final. They fight over it for a while. Eventually they both realise the whole journey was actually about finding friendship, not football. The end.
