Leeds make the first change of the day.

Pablo Hernandez, who had all-but disappeared since Forest took the lead, is replaced by Tyler Roberts.

Let's just say the Spaniard is 'frustrated' at how his evening has gone.

    All Forest now.

Ezgjan Alioski goes into the book for a pretty crude challenge on Forest winger Joe Lolley.

Leeds goalkeeper Kikio Casilla punches the free-kick away to relative safety but the hosts just keep on pushing at the moment.

What a chance for Lewis Grabban!

Forest winger Joe Lolley does brilliantly to make inroads down the Forest right before sliding it across to Grabban.

The striker brings it inside that sees Kiko Casilla go to ground but, with all but the specific bit of the goal that Casilla is in front of to aim at, he hits it straight at the Spaniard.

    Should be 2-0.

Nothing much doing in the opening minutes of the second half.

Leeds are yet to test Forest goalkeeper Brice Samba in this game at all.

Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa is a contemplative man at the best of times. And this is not the best of times.

His side are 45 minutes from seeing their gap from fourth-placed Forest cut to a point.

This after Fulham earlier drew level on points with the second-placed Whites with victory at Blackburn.

A quick stat from my colleague Brendon Mitchell, Leeds have now gone behind in every game they have played since 14 December.

Can they turn this one around? Despite recent woes they'll go top with a win.

    We're back under way.

    FT: Brentford 3-2 Middlesbrough

Brentford striker Ollie Watkins scored a late winner against Middlesbrough to help the Bees keep pace with their Championship promotion rivals.

Brentford head coach Thomas Frank told BBC Radio London: "Winning in that way, of course, with a late winner is always a top feeling. It was a tough game and Middlesbrough did well.

"After 10 or 15 minutes of the first half we were in total control but in the second half there was too much back and forth.

"What I liked is that we kept going and showed that coolness that we have shown in critical moments of games and we've kept taking opportunities and chances."

  7. 'February is massive'published at 18:28 Greenwich Mean Time 8 February 2020

    FT: Wigan 1-2 Preston

Preston North End maintained their Championship promotion push with a narrow victory at Wigan Athletic which stretched their unbeaten run to five games.

Preston North End boss Alex Neil told BBC Radio Lancashire: "I thought we probably played in spells. We had some good spells and so did Wigan. What I thought in the first half was in our good spells we were more dangerous than them.

"At half-time we spoke about getting the next goal and make sure we didn't rest on our laurels.

"The month of February is massive and we've started it well and we'll go on with a lot of confidence."

  8. 'The perfect away performance'published at 18:25 Greenwich Mean Time 8 February 2020

    FT: Blackburn 0-1 Fulham

Aleksandar Mitrovic netted his 20th Championship goal of the season to give Fulham victory at Blackburn Rovers and put them within a whisker of the automatic promotion places.

Fulham boss Scott Parker told BBC Radio London: "It's a tough place to come, we knew the challenge ahead of us today was a big one and it was a perfect away performance.

"I thought we grew into the game, we had our moments in the first half without putting our mark or control on it.

"[In the second half] I felt we needed a bit more control in the way we played. We turned the game into what the occasion was and Blackburn make you do that."

So Forest lead at the end of an intense first-half at the City Ground.

Leeds goalkeeper Kiko Casilla showed Sammy Ameobi far too much space at his near post and the forward just thumped it in.

Leeds have been second-best since then and several of their players, especially Casilla, are looking far from sure of themselves.

Forest will be one point behind them if things finish this way.

Kiko Casilla, what are you doing? AGAIN.

The Leeds goalkeeper claims a cross into the box with ease and then bowls it straight out to Forest midfielder Ben Watson.

Watson can't get his feet sorted to take a shot and ends up playing it out for a goal kick with a heavy attempted pass through for Lewis Grabban.

    That is a big let-off.

I really tempted fate by saying Leeds were getting on top just before Forest scored didn't I?

Well, they've been totally rattled ever since Sammy Ameobi gave Forest the lead.

As it stands the Reds will finish the day in fourth, one point behind the Whites.

Leeds full-back Stuart Dallas is the first player in the book after a hefty challenge on goalscorer Sammy Ameobi.

He won the ball but it was a full-blooded tackle.

Oh Kiko Casilla, what have you done?!

Sammy Ameobi exchanges a quick one-two on the left hand side and hammers in at the Leeds goalkeeper's near post.

Casilla looked like he had gambled that Ameobi was going to go for the far corner.

Leeds win a corner after Ezgjan Alioski's shot is deflected wide.

From the resultant corner home keeper Bryce Samba fluffs his punch away from goal under little pressure but Alioski can't get over his shot this time around.

Leeds getting back on top here.

Some lovely play from Leeds ends up with Pablo Hernandez hanging up a cross to the back post to Patrick Bamford.

The former Nottingham Forest man has been out of sorts recently and he makes a real hash of his header.

He might have just taken his eye off it at the crucial moment.

The above photo might not suggest it but I think Forest boss Sabri Lamouchi will be pretty pleased with his side's efforts so far.

They've had the better of the ball in attacking areas and have kept Leeds at bay pretty effectively.

    Can they find the opener?

As you'd expect there's been a few fouls, both tactical and mistimed, in the game so far.

Forest midfielder Samba Sow is late (very late) on Pablo Hernandez but the referee decides to just have a word.

I feel like that's likely to be the last tackle of that nature that goes unpunished.

Forest felt they should have had a penalty just before that second Tiago Silva effort for Liam Cooper's pull on Joe Worrall.

The replays suggest they had a good case.

I feel like set pieces could be a recurring theme for this game. Leeds have been susceptible to them all season and Forest put their second corner of this match right under Kiko Casilla's crossbar.

The Spaniard conceded directly from a deflected corner last weekend in the 1-0 defeat by Wigan.
