1. Live text in the coronavirus agepublished at 10:36 British Summer Time 8 May 2020

We only got confirmation last night that we had the live rights for this game so I got up at the crack of dawn and the BBC flew me business class straight into Jeonju. I'm delighted to be here in the stadium soaking up the sights andthe atmosph...

I am of course joking. I'm about to embark on the first BBC Sport football live text commentary to be done from a living room in north Manchester.

Will my home broadband hold up? Will my baby stop trying to mash my keyboard or throwing his Where's Spot book in my direction for me to read to him?

Jeonbuk Motors v Suwon Bluewings (11:00 BST)

South Korea was one of the first nations outside China to be hit by a Covid-19 outbreak and consequently its K-League, scheduled to start in February, was postponed indefinitely while much of the world was still playing.

But football has been given the green light to resume and so on Friday morning - 11:00 BST - Jeonbuk Motors face Suwon Bluewings in the opening game.

As well as watching the game on the BBC Sport website and app we’ll bring you full interactive live text commentary after thawing out one of our specialist writers.

    Remember this kit crime?

Jeonbuk, managed by former Chelsea assistant Jose Morais, have been champions for the past three seasons and have former Cardiff and Wigan winger Kim Bo-kyung and former Middlesbrough striker Lee Dong-gook in their ranks. Lee is 41 now but still doing the business by all accounts - he has over 200 K-League goals to his name. Which is 200 more than he managed in the Premier League.

The Bluewings last won the title in 2008 and have former Fulham and Dundee United man Adam Taggart in their squad. No ex-Boro veterans that we know of though.

The game will take place at the Jeonju stadium, which hosted three games at the 2002 World Cup - Fernando Morientes scored twice there for Spain.

    Good question.

As well as the exclusion of supporters, special safety measures will be in place, including the banning of handshakes, restrictions on players talking to team-mates, opponents and officials, and coaches having to wear face masks.

"Excessive spitting or blowing of the nose is prohibited and players should refrain from close conversations," said K-League communication officer Woo Cheoung-sik., external

"During the game, players who habitually spit or talk closely will be warned."

A yellow card for talking? Who knows, but the novelty all adds to the charm we guess.

    See you there?
