Union Berlin are in the Bundesliga for the first time and sit 13th in the table - four points above a relegation play-off place.

They have not won any of their last six league and cup games and have taken just one point from a possible nine since the league restarted.

Not since 2016 have Borussia Monchengladbach appeared in the Champions League but under Marco Rose they are well placed to take a seat at European football's top table next season.

They start this game fifth in the table but a win will lift them above both RB Leipzig, who are at Cologne on Monday (19:30 BST), and Bayer Leverkusen into third spot with five games remaining.

With social distancing measures in place, these are testing times for people working from home.

Yesterday I had a mishap involving a washing machine while covering the Bundesliga from my kitchen. One minute I was writing an entry about Wolfsburg scoring, the next I was mopping the floor.

I've got my fingers crossed for an incident-free live text over the next few hours but please feel free to tell me of any mishaps you have experienced working from home during lockdown.

Borussia Monchengladbach fans show support with cut-outs

Borussia Monchengladbach fans might not be able to visit Borussia Park during the coronavirus pandemic but they are able to show their support - with cut-outs of themselves in the stadium.

Against Bayer Leverkusen on 23 May, Monchengladbach had 13,000 cardboard cut-outs of supporters in place for their first home game back after the resumption of the Bundesliga.

It didn't do much good, however, as they lost 3-1. Will the cut-outs be smiling today?

I'm just about ancient enough to remember Borussia Monchengladbach's defeat to Liverpool in the 1977 European Cup final in Rome.

That final produced one of most famous banners in Liverpool's European history.

The giant "Joey Ate The Frogs Legs Made The Swiss Roll Now He's Munching Gladbach" flag was in honour of full-back Joey Jones.

Not long now until the Premier League is unlocked.

Seventeen days. Two weeks, three days. A little over 400 hours. Around 25,000 minutes. Honestly, we're not counting!
