Brentford threaten as Ollie Watkins puts a dangerous ball right across the Fulham goal.

But Tariqe Fosu can't get near it.

That is the last action before the players take a drinks break.

These two clubs both like to play the ball around and command possession.

But Fulham have had the better openings, hitting the bar through Bobby Decordova-Reid and seeing Anthony Knockaert send a shot wide.

Get one - get two for Swansea and Rhian Brewster!

Two goals in the space of three minutes mean Middlesbrough have a mountain to climb already.

Brewster's second goal comes from a nicely struck right-foot volley that bounces down off the pitch and past Dejan Stojanovic after a cross from the right by Aldo Kalulu.

Brentford come back the other end and Said Benrahma works a shooting opportunity, but his shot is blocked inside the box.

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Swansea

Chances at both ends in the opening exchanges at the Riverside where it took until about three minutes in before the "crowd noise" was turned on inside the stadium.

Rudy Gestede tries to head a George Friend cross on target but can't quite direct it towards goal for Boro's first half chance.

Swansea then go even closer as the post denies Aldo Kalulu the opening goal.

He takes advantage of Friend's slip, tries to chip the keeper, but it bounces away off the post.

    Fulham 0-0 Brentford

Brentford start the game with a spell of possession in the Fulham half, but cannot force an opening as the home defence marshalls them well.

Crowd noise is coming over the TV feed to give the semblance of life in the empty stands, and it does take some getting used to.

James Linington is the man in the middle for this one.
