    Wednesday so close to taking the lead!

    Denied by both the post and then a great Forest clearance on the line.

    Jordan Rhodes had the header hit the post and then Kieran Lee looked destined to finish except a full-stretch Joe Worrall was there to block it.

    Couple of chances at either end as the action resumes at the Madejski Stadium.

    Reading have a penalty appeal turned down as Michael Morrison tumbles in the box while Liam Moore does well to cut out a dangerous Stoke cross that looked destined to beat Rafael in the hosts' goal.

    A comedy of errors at Ewood Park, and the visitors are fortunate on both occasions.

    First Tomas Kalas underhits a backpass to Daniel Bentley, and Ben Brereton latches onto the ball and rounds the keeper.

    But Brereton slips over with the goal gaping, allowing a Robins defender to clear.

    From the resulting corner Bentley spills as he attempted to gather and Rovers defender Joe Rankin-Costello lashed home.

    But the referee blows for a foul, despite it looking like Bentley collided with one of his own players. The visitors breath a sigh of relief.

    • Charlton are in front at Hull, a scoreline that would see the Addicks leapfrog their opponents and send the Tigers into the relegation places.
    • Wigan are ahead at fellow strugglers Huddersfield, while bottom side Barnsley are also winning at QPR.
    • In the three early games, Brentford beat Fulham, while there were also wins for Derby and Swansea.

    The Addicks are moving out of the relegation zone, with the Tigers dropping into the bottom three as things stand.
