Another potentially big goal at the bottom, as Charlton take the lead.

Hull goalkeeper George Long fails to deal with a corner after Tomer Hemed flicks a left-wing delivery on and Addicks centre-back Jason Pearce is there to bundle home from close range.

The south-east London side will move out of the bottom three, with Hull replacing them, if they can hold on.

Hull are continuing their fast start at the KCOM Stadium.

But Charlton forwards Tomer Hemed and Macauley Bonne have also had shots blocked.

    QPR 0-1 Barnsley

The Tykes immediately carve out another chance, and could be two goals up.

    West Brom 0-0 Birmingham

Plenty of early possession for West Brom as they go in search of a win that would take them top of the table.

Couple of half decent bits of build-up around the Birmingham City box but nothing clear cut so far.

    Big goal at the bottom!

Barnsley started the day seven points from safety and could this be the start of an unlikely bid for survival?

A ball is threaded through by Ben Williams for Elliot Simoes, who takes a touch before guiding the ball past Rangers keeper Liam Kelly.

That goal lifts Gerhard Struber's side off the bottom of the table as things stand.

    Hull 0-0 Charlton

It's been a fast start up at Hull.

Jon Toral flicked on a corner but none of his Hull team-mates were able to get on the end of it.

The Tigers are 11 without a win and in need of a result.

GOAL: Reading 1-0 Stoke Citypublished at 15:08 British Summer Time 20 June 2020

    Lucas Joao (7 mins)

Early goal at the Madejski Stadium goes the way of the hosts and it's a welcome one for Lucas Joao.

The striker is back in action after a long period out this season and he latches on to a cross from Yakou Meite from the right to finish at the far post.

A very fitting tribute too in celebration from the pair as well in recognition of the Black Lives Matter movement.

  16. Baggies eye top spotpublished at 14:59 British Summer Time 20 June 2020

West Brom v Birmingham (15:00 BST)

With Championship leaders Leeds United not in action until tomorrow, West Brom have the chance to go top of the Championship this afternoon.

A draw would be enough to move ahead of Marcelo Bielsa's men, given the Baggies slightly superior goal difference, while a win would take Slaven Bilic's side two points clear.

For what it's worth, West Brom were two without a win before lockdown.

Birmingham come into the game having avoided a points deduction despite the EFL winning an appeal against a misconduct charge levelled against the Blues.

But head coach Pep Clotet is going to be on his bike at the end of the season, having announced on 8 June that he'll be leaving St Andrew's.

City are eight points above the relegation zone, and will be aiming not to be dragged into the scrap at the bottom.

Blackburn v Bristol City (15:00 BST)

Two play-off hopefuls who are separated in the table by two points meet at Ewood Park.

Bristol City sit seventh in the table, but were unable to capitalise on sixth-placed Preston's shaky form in February and March, with the Robins going winless over a five-game period.

Blackburn Rovers are another side very much in the mix - although Rovers are four matches without a win.

Captain Elliott Bennett tested positive for the virus at the end of May, although he was asymptomatic.
