A reminder that after this tie is sorted at the Kassam Stadium, we'll be off for a short drive down the M40 to Buckinghamshire for the second leg between Wycombe and Fleetwood.

Gareth Ainsworth's side hold the upper hand in that one after their impressive 4-1 win on the Fylde Coast on Friday night.

Oxford United 1-1 Portsmouth (agg 2-2)

    Well, well...

Some end to that first half!

As we were then at the start of this leg. Still nothing between the two sides.

    Time for a breather....

    It's a leveller!

It's confusing and chaotic scenes all round as the James Henry corner is swung in from the left and Portsmouth make an absolute mess of it.

Neither Alex Bass or Ellis Harrison show any decisiveness to get it clear and in the end the last touch comes off Harrison for an own goal.

We have to wait until the goalline decision system gives Darren England the signal on his wrist watch to award it but Oxford are level with the last action of the first half!

Cameron Brannagan almost finds space to get a shot away for Oxford but Christian Burgess heads behind for a corner.

James Henry picks it up for Oxford with his back to goal, has space and time to turn and shoot from outside the penalty area. but it's a tame effort and again easy picking for Alex Bass.

Bit of a sucker punch that for Oxford who moments before the goal had gone close after Jamie Mackie and Marcus Browne combined.

Browne could only fire a shot low straight at Alex Bass who scooped it up.

    Marcus Harness

    Well, well!

That is against the run of play, but Portsmouth will not care one bit.

Route one stuff from Alex Bass' long clearance finds Ellis Harrison in the air to win the flick on and after a very neat turn and shot - Marcus Harness fires it past an off-guard Simon Eastwood for the opener on the edge of the penalty box.

Pompey with the lead in the game and in the tie!

Simon Eastwood with a great smart save for Oxford, the first time he's been called upon so far.

Another dangerous ball in from the right by Ryan Williams eventually finds its way to Ellis Harrison.

He takes a sharp left-foot shot and Eastwood does well to block that low to his right.

Another Pompey corner comes to nothing after it.

Scrappy affair this one now, very similar to how it was for long periods on Friday.

Darren England's whistle having to interrupt the flow of things a bit it has to be said.

No cards handed out so far thankfully.

Oxford keeper Simon Eastwood's had little to do so far other than launch a few kicks clear either in open play or from set pieces.

Tells a story of how this one has gone so far.

Although these Pompey fans outside the ground appear to be enjoying themselves...

Another superb defensive challenge from Rob Dickie in the Oxford penalty area to deny Marcus Harness from pulling the trigger after his run into the box.

Another Portsmouth corner comes to nothing which will no doubt frustrate manager Kenny Jackett.

Oxford United 0-0 Portsmouth (agg 1-1)

Yeah, no chance of a penalty there for Ellis Harrison as Elliott Moore did nothing to impede him in my view.

Meanwhile Moore is in the action now in the other penalty area - just can't direct his header from James Henry's free-kick on target though as it goes behind for a goal kick.

Steve Seddon did very well there down the Portsmouth left to get to the byline and get a cross in.

Ellis Harrison goes to ground in the area as he tries to win the header but absolutely no interest from referee Darren England.

His disagreement was very audible shall we say on the effects microphone!

Oxford United 0-0 Portsmouth (agg 1-1)

Kenny Jackett very animated in that drinks break team talk as he looked keen to get some sort of point across to Portsmouth winger Ronan Curtis.

Curtis was the man to find the back of the net for Pompey on Friday but so far, he's seen little of the ball at his feet out wide on the left.

Oxford United 0-0 Portsmouth (agg 1-1)

Portsmouth are looking to win a play-off game for the first time in their history remarkably.

Four draws and three defeats from their previous seven encounters including being narrowly edged out in last season's semi-finals by Sunderland 1-0 on aggregate over the two legs.

Nothing more of note around the goalmouths to report as both sides stop for the first drinks break in the early evening sunshine.

Oxford United 0-0 Portsmouth (agg 1-1)

Oxford's turn for a corner now - Alex Bass gets a punch clear despite a crowded six-yard box and that's a first real test passed for the Portsmouth goalkeeper at set pieces.

Oxford United 0-0 Portsmouth (agg 1-1)

Close for Portsmouth as Ryan Williams again gets a cross in from the right.

Ellis Harrison almost gets an unmarked header on goal but close attention from Rob Dickie forces him to nod wide.

Oxford United 0-0 Portsmouth (agg 1-1)

First Portsmouth corner of the game as Ryan Williams finds some joy down their right wing and forces Marcus Browne to track him all the way back to the byline.

Headed clear again though by Rob Dickie - how many times might I be typing that?

Oxford United 0-0 Portsmouth (agg 1-1)

Marcus Browne gets some time on the ball for Oxford, scored their goal of course in Friday's first leg and the Middlesbrough loanee will be a threat again coming forward.

Portsmouth alert to that so far though. Meanwhile Cameron McGeehan needs to be a bit careful as twice already Darren England's had a word with him for being a bit too eager in the 50/50 challenges.
