An early reminder for you - there's no away goals in these play-off ties.

So if we're all square at the end of 90 minutes, extra time will follow and if needed - penalties.

Oxford's James Henry doesn't seem to fancy that idea as he has a go from range left-footed, but that's well wide of goal and over the fence into the car park behind and almost at the front door of the cinema beyond it....

  2. Postpublished at 8 mins

Oxford United 0-0 Portsmouth (agg 1-1)

Half a shout from Portsmouth for a penalty as winger Ryan Williams goes to ground on the edge of the area.

But it's a very well-timed challenge from Josh Ruffels for the hosts to get it clear.

  3. Postpublished at 7 mins

Oxford United 0-0 Portsmouth (agg 1-1)

First attacking free-kick for Portsmouth from the left but Oxford United organised themselves well to get it clear on two occasions.

Keep an eye on Rob Dickie, he was man of the match in the first leg with an assured performance at the heart of the U's defence.

Could well be a key man again this evening.

  4. Postpublished at 4 mins

Oxford United 0-0 Portsmouth (agg 1-1)

    Great early chance for Oxford!

Jamie Mackie is played in on the edge of the area and his left-foot strike is well saved down low to his left by Alex Bass in the Portsmouth goal.

Oxford United 0-0 Portsmouth (agg 1-1)

Have to make an early mention of some cracking choices of cardboard cutout supporters from Oxford United around the empty stands.

There's the likes of Robert Maxwell, Donald Trump and David Beckham in there, plus a few supporter's cats and dogs thrown in.

No sign as yet of celebrity Oxford fan Timmy Mallett though....

  6. KICK-OFFpublished at 1 min

Oxford United 0-0 Portsmouth (agg 1-1)

Darren England is the man in charge of this one this evening and he gets us under way....

Both sides also take the knee in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.

A nice show of recognition from the players and coaches before kick-off as they take part in a minute's applause to recognise NHS key workers and their efforts during the coronavirus pandemic.

  8. Here come the teams....published at 16:57 British Summer Time 6 July 2020

Oxford United v Portsmouth (17:00 BST, agg 1-1)

There's actually two guys sat on top of the truckload of pallets parked in the car park now by the looks of it.

Here come the two sides, entering the pitch from different directions and at different times as is becoming the norm now.

    Almost time to go....

  9. Turn on, tune in!published at 16:56 British Summer Time 6 July 2020

As ever, BBC local radio is the place to tune to for coverage of both this evening's second legs.

Sadly rights restrictions prevent us from streaming those on the BBC Sport website and app, but if you live in the local area for Oxford, Portsmouth, Wycombe of Fleetwood, our radio colleagues will be there to bring you every kick, header and hopefully goal!

  10. Any view will do...published at 16:54 British Summer Time 6 July 2020

Oxford United v Portsmouth (17:00 BST, agg 1-1)

A quick reminder that tonight's games are of course being played behind closed doors.

But at the Kassam Stadium where one end of the ground is open, the chance to sneak a view from outside increases....

  11. First time around...published at 16:52 British Summer Time 6 July 2020

Portsmouth 1-1 Oxford United; Fleetwood 1-4 Wycombe

Marcus Browne goalImage source, Rex Features

First-half goals from Portsmouth's Ronan Curtis and Oxford's Marcus Browne were the highlights of Friday's first leg at Fratton Park.

It was a cagey and at times tempestuous affair on the Solent but neither side could be separated on the scoreline after 90 minutes meaning it's very much honours even heading into this evening at the Kassam Stadium.

It was a very different story in the other tie... Wycombe ran out 4-1 winners at Fleetwood to put one foot in next Monday's final at Wembley.

Oxford United boss Karl Robinson makes two changes from Friday's starting line-up.

Mark Sykes replaces Ben Woodburn in midfield while Tik Tok home workout favourite Jamie Mackie will start up front ahead of Matty Taylor.

Both Woodburn and Taylor drop to the bench.

Kenny Jackett makes three changes to his Portsmouth line-up. Ryan Williams, James Bolton and Steve Seddon replace Lee Brown, Ross McCrorie and Andy Cannon.

Centre-back Christian Burgess skippers in what could be his last appearance for the club.

Oxford United XI: Eastwood; Ruffels, Long, Dickie, Moore, Gorrin, Sykes, Brannagan, Henry, Browne, Mackie.

Subs: Stevens (GK), Taylor, Woodburn, Forde, Mousinho, Hanson, Agyei, Atkinson, Kelly.

Portsmouth XI: Bass; Bolton, Burgess, Raggett, Seddon, Morris, Williams, McGeehan, Harness, Curtis, Harrison.

Subs: MacGillivray (GK), Brown, Downing, Hawkins, McCrorie, Cannon, Evans, Naylor, Marquis.

There's very much a Thames Valley feel to these second legs as we head to Oxford and Wycombe this evening.

    Here's a reminder of the fixture line-up:

19:30 BST: Wycombe Wanderers v Fleetwood Town (agg 4-1)

  15. Seconds out....round two!published at 16:45 British Summer Time 6 July 2020

"It's only half-time!" goes the well-used footballing cliche when it comes to going into second legs of play-off ties.

Indeed it may - but this evening, two League One play-off semi-finals prepare for what could be two very different second legs after the drama of Friday's first legs.

One thing is for sure though, four teams with dreams of reaching the Championship will be reduced to just two come later tonight.

Strap yourselves in for more play-off drama....
