    A reminder that the winner of tonight's tie will face Brentford in the Championship play-off final next Tuesday.

    The Bees overturned a 1-0 first-leg deficit against Swansea to secure their spot in the Wembley showpiece in what was their last ever game at Griffin Park.

    Victory capped an emotional evening in west London, with Thomas Frank's side leaving the ground they've called home since 1904 to move into a new stadium over the off-season.
