  1. Postpublished at 16:44 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Chelsea 0-0 Wolves

Willy Caballero claws an awkward cross out from off his line and it's headed frantically out for a corner.

Wolves are getting a few half-chances...

  2. goal

GOAL - Arsenal 3-1 Watfordpublished at 16:43 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Troy Deeney (Pen 43 mins)

That's how you take a penalty! Both feet off the ground, Troy Deeney smashes the ball bang down the middle and into the net.

Have Watford given themselves a sliver of a chance?

  3. CLOSE!published at 16:42 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Leicester 0-0 Man Utd

Paul Pogba spins a ball into the box. It bounces awkwardly for James Justin and Marcus Rashford should score.

He's leaning back as he shoots and ends up scuffing it well wide. Golden. Chance.

  4. PENALTY TO WATFORDpublished at 16:42 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Arsenal 3-0 Watford

    Now then! Comeback on?

Danny Welbeck stretches to get a shot away and he's caught by David Luiz after the ball has gone.

    Penalty given by Mike Dean.

Kartik Venkat: Hard to argue against the general sentiment that Watford have had this coming for a while. Just mad management from the top!

Watford owners should hang their heads in shame. The "sack to survive" policy that they've obviously adopted has failed the club and the paying fans. Absolutely not the way to run a club.

  6. goal

GOAL - Everton 1-1 Bournemouthpublished at 16:41 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Moise Kean (41 mins)

Moise Kean with only his second Premier League goal! A great moment for him but a real blow for Bournemouth.

It's a tap in as Theo Walcott does well on the right before passing across the face of goal for Kean to knock into the empty net.

Bournemouth now need to find another goal.

  8. 'The opposite to what we expected from Watford'published at 16:41 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Arsenal 3-0 Watford

    Dion Dublin
Former Aston Villa & Man Utd striker on Final Score

This is the opposite to what we'd expect from this Watford side, the complete opposite. They're winners as indivuals, but as a team, there have been so many mistakes.

  9. As it standspublished at 16:40 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

Top four: Liverpool, Man City, Man Utd, Chelsea

    Fifth and sixth: Leicester, Tottenham

    Going down: Norwich, Watford, Bournemouth

  10. Postpublished at 16:40 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Leicester 0-0 Man Utd

Luke Thomas is in space on the left. He fizzes it into the box and Jamie Vardy's touch is good. Harry Maguire gets his body in the way to clear though.

  11. Postpublished at 16:40 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Chelsea 0-0 Wolves

Mason Mount whips it in from the right. Olivier Giroud is the target but Willy Boly does excellent to get there first.

    Crucial clearance.

  12. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:39 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Man City 1-0 Norwich

Norwich won't get a better chance to score than this, as Teemu Pukki runs clear and only has Ederson to beat... but he fires straight at the Manchester City keeper as he darts out of his area.

That's the kind of finish you get from a striker who hasn't scored in 14 games, but credit to Ederson too and, after Burnley's Nick Pope conceded earlier, if he keeps a clean sheet today then the Golden Glove award is all his.

  13. 'An extreme Hospital pass'published at 16:39 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Arsenal 3-0 Watford

    Chris Sutton
Former Premier League striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

I didn’t see it being 3-0 this early to Arsenal.

It shows the issues of sacking a guy like Nigel Pearson someone who has had so much experience of great escapes and relegation battles. Then you’re asking a rookie like Hayden Mullins to keep them up.

It’s a hospital pass in the extreme.

  14. goal

GOAL - Newcastle 1-1 Liverpoolpublished at 16:39 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Virgil van Dijk (38 mins)

    Liverpool are level.

Newcastle fail to clear a free-kick properly and Virgil van Dijk is still in the box when Liverpool attack again to meet Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's right-wing cross. It's a perfect looping header into the top corner which gives the Newcastle keeper no chance.

  15. Postpublished at 16:38 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Chelsea 0-0 Wolves

Marcos Alonso has a shot blocked by Willy Boly on the left side of the box. Bodies everywhere!

  16. Postpublished at 16:38 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    West Ham 0-0 Aston Villa

The neutrals wanting drama will want a West Ham goal now to fully blow up the relegation battle. Declan Rice has battered a 30-yarder wide but that's about as close as they've come.

  17. 'I can't believe this performance from Watford'published at 16:38 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Arsenal 3-0 Watford

    Garth Crooks
Former Tottenham Hotspur striker on Final Score

Any defender will tell you, don't allow the ball to bounce in the box. Craig Dawson, again, was a bit half-hearted. I can't believe this performance from Watford, I really can't. Poor Hayden Mullins, sat there on the sideline, hasnt a clue what to do. I don't think there's anything he can do.

I would give anything, anything, to be in that dressing room at half-time to see what's said. This is abject.

  18. Postpublished at 16:37 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Chelsea 0-0 Wolves

Raul Jimenez is in the wars today. He's recovered from that head clash earlier but it sent flying by another tasty challenge.

Adama Traore, who was sent to warm up a few minutes ago, could be on earlier than expected!

  19. Race for the golden bootpublished at 16:36 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Arsenal 3-0 Watford

    Arsenal

    1. Jamie Vardy - 23
    2. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang - 22
    3. Danny Ings - 21
  20. Postpublished at 16:36 British Summer Time 26 July 2020

    Everton 0-1 Bournemouth

Gylfi Sigurdsson drives a shot from distance well over the bar as Everton try to muster a response. In truth, Bournemouth are pretty comfortable.
