  1. Hibs make second McCrorie bidpublished at 11:07 British Summer Time 14 August 2020

    Sticking with transfer news, Rangers manager Steven Gerrard has confirmed Hibs have lodged a second bid to prise Ross McCrorie away from Ibrox..

    Gerrard stated earlier in the week that the club would be open to bids for both McCrorie and midfielder Greg Docherty, who has attracted interest from Hull City, with the Ibrox boss confirming Docherty had permission to speak to the English club.

    Rangers fans, how do we feel about the prospect of both player leaving Ibrox?

  4. Hearts 'incensed' with halt to trainingpublished at 10:41 British Summer Time 14 August 2020

    The amended guidelines also mean that Hearts have had to pause training, after the statement added: "The Scottish FA has agreed that the return to training for clubs outside the SPFL Premiership - which includes all organised adult football over-18 - will be delayed until at least 24 August, pending updated government guidance on the 20th".

    In response to the amendments, Hearts released a statement, external saying they are “incensed” at the decision.

  5. New sanctions to be announced todaypublished at 10:31 British Summer Time 14 August 2020

    Following the news last night that Scotland's joint response group (JRG) have introduced new sanctions for footballers in Scotland who do notadhere to Coivd-specific protocols, we are still waiting to hear of what kind of punishment the ‘Aberdeen eight’ and Celtic's Boli Bolingoli will face after the JRG confirmed sanctions "will encompass recent breaches".

    This is expected to be announced today.

    It's Friday again, and that can only mean one thing, you're stuck with me again... but more importantly it's the eve of another weekend of Scottish Premiership football.

    It might have been a week of further controversy off the park, but we’ve also had plenty of action on it - although it wasn't as much as we expected.

    We'll have all the build-up to what poses to be another massive weekend in Scotland's top tier - don't go anywhere!
