Millwall 0-0 Stoke
Probably the best chance of the game falls to Stoke's Tyrese Campbell who has a crack on goal but his effort is deflected into the side-netting.
Lucas Joao (40 mins)
Reading take the lead at Pride Park after a prolonged spell of possesion forces a corner.
Michael Olise's near-post delivery is met by the left foot of Lucas Joao on the volley to give new boss Veljko Paunovic a great start.
QPR 0-0 Nottingham Forest
Some nice play from the home side as Lee Wallace puts in a teasing ball across the face of goal but Lyndon Dykes is unable to get on the end of it.
Cardiff 0-1 Sheff Wed
The Owls almost get their second of the game, as goalscorer Josh Windass cuts in and sees his dipping shot tipped over the bar by Cardiff keeper Alex Smithies.
Barnsley 0-0 Luton Town
Still little of note from either side so far in the opening half an hour or so in terms of threatening either goal.
Luke Berry is in the book for Luton after re-entering the pitch without permission as his goalkeeper Simon Sluga tried to take a free-kick.
Baffling.
League One & Two latest
Goals galore at Northampton! The Cobblers have twice come from behind to draw level at 2-2 with AFC Wimbledon.
Swindon, who came up from League Two alongside Keith Curle's side, have doubled their lead against Rochdale with a goal from Anthony Grant.
Exeter, having trailed Salford early on in the fourth tier, are now 2-1 ahead.
Matty Godden (33 mins)
Coventry have their equaliser and a first goal in the second tier since 2012!
Matty Godden turns outside the area and slides a ball into the right-hand side of the box for Callum O'Hare.
The winger puts in a low ball which isn't dealt with by the home defence, and Godden is on hand to sweep in from 10 yards out.
Preston 0-0 Swansea
No goals as of yet at Deepdale.
Both sides are playing some neat stuff but no real chances on goal.
Pretty even stuff so far.
Huddersfield 0-0 Norwich
A first shot on target at Huddersfield, as Canaries winger Onel Hernandez works his way across the box from left to right.
The Cuban then sees his effort from a narrow angle go straight at Terriers keeper Ben Hamer.
League One & Two latest
It's been a turbulent summer for Charlton, with ownership issues unresolved and relegation from the Championship, but Alfie Doughty's neat finish has put Lee Bowyer's men in front at Crewe.
Cheltenham missed out in the League Two play-offs last season but they've made a solid start to this campaign, going in front at home to Morecambe.
Jack Stacey (25 mins)
Scoring opened at the Vitality Stadium.
Lovely strike this from Jack Stacey to put Bournemouth ahead midway through the first half.
Squared to him from 25 yards out centre of the pitch and he strikes a brilliant right-footed shot into the bottom right corner past debutant Thomas Kaminski in the Blackburn goal, who had no chance of reaching that.
Jack Muldoon (25 mins)
Jack Muldoon has the honour of scoring Harrogate's first ever EFL goal, firing in from close range to give his side the lead at Southend.
Huddersfield 0-0 Norwich
There is not a great deal to report from the John Smith's Stadium.
Norwich, back in the second tier after one season in the Premier League, have Teemu Pukki leading the line with summer signing Jordan Hugill on the bench.
Carlos Corberan - formerly assistant to Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa - is in charge of the Terriers for the first time in the league.
There is yet to be a shot on target.
League One & Two latest
Fleetwood, Lincoln and Plymouth are all in front in the early stages of their League One fixtures, while Cambridge have started quickly in League Two.
Luke Hannant and Paul Mullin have put the U's 2-0 up early on against Carlisle.
Barrow are ahead as we told you earlier - fellow EFL newcomers Harrogate remain goalless in their game with Southend at Roots Hall.
Barnsley 0-0 Luton Town
Great chance for Luton to take the lead at Barnsley goes begging.
Elliott Lee spreads the ball right from deep on the left, Martin Cranie nods onto Harry Cornick who bends a beautiful cross into James Collins' path, but the striker's volley is too high.
Bristol City 1-0 Coventry
Coventry may heave fallen behind in the first minute, but they haven't been totally overawed.
Callum O’Hare has hit the post with a first-time shot after Robins defender Tomas Kalas got a touch on the ball.
Sky Blues keeper Marko Marosi had to be alert to keep out a header from Famara Diedhiou at the other end.
Derby County 0-0 Reading
Great chance for Reading to take the lead as Lucas Joao takes a shot from just outside the area.
Well saved by David Marshall but the rebound falls to John Swift, but he can't keep his effort under the crossbar.
Millwall 0-0 Stoke
Good start to the game with Stoke being slightly the better team.
Sam Clucas has gone the closest to scoring for the Potters but his effort was well saved.
Millwall are slowly growing into the game now though.
Dior Angus pen (12 mins)
Barrow have their first goal in the English Football League since 1972!
Dior Angus sends the Stevenage goalkeeper the wrong way from the spot to put the National League champions in front in their League Two encounter.
