Here's more details on the findings from Fifpro's survey.

Football Focus: Women's Football Weekend will be different this season

Sadly, coronavirus means this season's women's football weekend looks a lot different to last years' event, when crowd records were smashed.

Football Focus have spoken to some of the supporters who would love to have been at games today.

  8. HALF-TIMEpublished at 45+6 mins

    Man Utd 0-2 Man City

Off they go for the half-time break, after a first half totally dominated by the team from the blue half of Manchester.

The WSL leaders have work to do...

  9. YELLOW CARD (Man City)published at 45+4 mins

    Man Utd 0-2 Man City

Chloe Kelly is booked for a poor, late challenge on Leah Galton. Galton needs some treatment on the field, so Casey Stoney has a chance to get her half-time team talk started early, from her technical area, and she DOES NOT look happy.

  10. Postpublished at 45+2 mins

    Man Utd 0-2 Man City

And the goal came just when you started to suspect Man Utd might have been about to escape from this first half with only a one-goal deficit.

First of all, let me say, VAR would have disallowed this - but we don't have VAR in the women's game. Chloe Kelly is just offside, in the build-up. It's a hard one to see at first glance, but replays have her foot just off.

But City won't care! They have more than deserved this two-goal lead. It could have been five!

The ball comes out to Laura Coombs on the edge of the area and she lashes home as sweet a finish as you could wish to see. There's no saving that. It flies in.

  12. Postpublished at 43 mins

    Man Utd 0-1 Man City

It's still all Man City. Ellen White knocks a cross in to the six-yard box but Mary Earps palms it away.

Will Man City be made to regret not adding to their lead while they've been on top?

  13. CLOSE!published at 40 mins

    Man Utd 0-1 Man City

Greenwood's corner bounces all the way through to the back post and Steph Houghton knocks it just wide... Another decent chance for the visitors and, once again, United did not deal with an aerial ball in to the box.

  14. Postpublished at 38 mins

    Man Utd 0-1 Man City

Chloe Kelly, who opened the scoring early on, wins Man City another corner down their right... Alex Greenwood will take it.

  15. Postpublished at 35 mins

    Man Utd 0-1 Man City

In case you're just joining me, it's been all Man City so far.

Man Utd's five-game winning streak in the WSL is under threat, in this keenly-anticipated Manchester derby.

Phil Birkett: Looks like a Manchester derby was exactly what City needed to get their season fully into gear. United looking vulnerable on every cross and corner.

  17. CLOSE!published at 30 mins

    Man Utd 0-1 Man City

Georgia Stanway should double the City lead, as she breaks down the left and gets through on goal, but she just takes one touch too many and that allows Mary Earps to get there to make a strong save.

  18. Postpublished at 28 mins

    Man Utd 0-1 Man City

Man City go close again as Demi Stokes' low cross is almost turned in by Chloe Kelly, but United's Leah Galton gets in a very important block. Good defending.

  19. Postpublished at 26 mins

    Man Utd 0-1 Man City

The hosts just can't get a foothold in this game at the moment. City are bossing the show, especially with their strength down the wings.

  20. CLOSE!published at 23 mins

    Man Utd 0-1 Man City

Alex Greenwood whips in a super corner to the head of Sam Mewis (a combination that delivered City's opening goal in 1 November's cup final) but this time, from deep at the far post, the USA midfielder heads on to the roof of the net.
