Reece James looks like he was just strong defending but I don't know...

No way! It's not an elbow. That's good, strong defending.

Attack after attack from Bayern Munich now as they try to get level.

Kingsley Coman puts a decent ball into the middle of the box but Presnel Kimpembe heads away, Bayern pick the ball up again before Joshua Kimmich's chipped effort is held by Keylor Navas.

How long can PSG keep the home side out?

Kai Havertz and Timo Werner cannot get in the game, so you're looking at the bench at the likes of Olivier Giroud, or do you bring on N'Golo Kante and push Mateo Kovacic up? There are lots of options on Chelsea's bench because Havertz and Werner have been really quiet.

  12. Postpublished at 21:17 British Summer Time 7 April 2021

    Porto 0-1 Chelsea

Chelsea should be 2-0 up - well actually it wouldn't have counted.

Antonio Rudiger hits a 30-yard shot which the keeper spills. Timo Werner squares it to Kai Havertz, who turns it wide from six yards out into an empty net - under pressure admittedly. But the offside flag went up at some stage there.

    Bayern Munich 1-2 PSG

Keylor Navas is called upon again as he stops a Benjamin Pavard volley at his near post.

Bayern keep up the pressure as Kingsley Coman tries his luck with a fizzing low drive but Navas has it covered.

Terry K Cooper: If Mason Mount stays with us (which hope he will) he'll go on to be an all-time Chelsea legend. Could even end up breaking Lampard's scoring record. I've got no time for the people who still slate him on social media.

Timo Werner's persistent failure to perform underlines the gulf in quality between the Premier League and the rest of Europe.

Oh that's a waste. Ben Chilwell makes a great run down the left but Timo Werner tries to carry it forward himself and ends up standing on the ball.

  16. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:14 British Summer Time 7 April 2021

    Bayern Munich 1-2 PSG

Big save by Manuel Neuer as Leroy Sane has the ball pinched off him and PSG get into the box through Neymar but he is denied at the near post by Neur.

At the other end, Keylor Navas pushes away Davd Alaba's low strike.

Things are heating up once again...

There wasn't really enough in the box for the referee to give a foul there. Pepe looked like he wanted to go and win the ball.

    Porto 0-1 Chelsea

OK, Porto are on top now. This is a great spell for them. Luis Diaz curls an effort just wide from 20 yards. Edouard Mendy was diving and may or may not have had it covered.

  19. Postpublished at 21:12 British Summer Time 7 April 2021

    Porto 0-1 Chelsea

Chelsea get a bit lucky here. Porto have a corner which Edouard Mendy flaps at. There's a bit of pinball, Ben Chilwell blocks an effort on the line and Pepe has a chance to score a rebound but the whistle goes for a Chelsea free. Foul on Mendy? Offside? It's not certain.

  20. Postpublished at 21:11 British Summer Time 7 April 2021

    Bayern Munich 1-2 PSG

Three minutes into the second half and no goals yet. Disappointing.

The pattern of play continues to be the same with Bayern dominating possession while PSG are waiting for the opportunities to pounce on the break.
