It looks like Sessegnon was penalised for catching an opponent just as he got that pass away.

Turkey are sitting deep with nine of their outfield players not venturing beyond halfway.

It's going to be tough for England to break them down but the home side's pace has been causing problems.

A poor back pass leaves Aaron Ramsdale with too much to do and the ball is behind for a Turkey corner. Jude Bellingham heads away the delivery and England break up the pitch.

England continue their fast start as Eddie Nketiah pops up on the right, turns and weaves his way between three Turkey players before trying to pick out Callum Hudson-Odoi but the ball skids off the wet pitch and behind for a goal kick.

A sweeping attacking move by England kick things off as Eddie Nketiah and Jude Bellingham work their way down the left before the latter's cross is knocked behind for a corner.

The set play comes to nothing, but a good start by the hosts.

This could be a landmark evening for Eddie Nketiah.

The Arsenal striker is level with Alan Shearer and Francis Jeffers as England Under-21s' all-time leading goalscorer after scoring his 13th goal in last week's 3-3 draw in Andorra.

A goal tonight and he will hold that record outright.

Chelsea represented well in the Germany starting XI tonight.

Just three changes from the team that got their first ever Nations League win against Ukraine on Saturday. Chelsea duo Timo Werner and Kai Havertz both enter the side tonight and join a third Chelsea team-mate in Antonio Rüdiger.

The home of Wolves is the venue for tonight's game. England will look to secure qualification of the Euros under the lights at Molineux.

Plenty of Premier League interest in the Spain team which starts tonight.

There are five changes in all from the team who beat the Swiss on Saturday. Tottenham left-back Sergio Reguilon, Manchester City's Rodri, Leeds forward Rodrigo and Adama Traore of Wolves all come into the side.

Ukraine make three alterations to the team beaten by Germany, as West Ham forward Andriy Yarmolenko gets another runout.

Eight changes by Aidy Boothroyd from the side that drew 3-3 with Andorra.

Only Aaron Ramsdale, Josh Dasilva and Max Aarons retain their places.

Hello!

We're back with more international football tonight with England's Under-21s our main focus but - just as there is pretty much every night - there's also Nations League games taking place.

Germany and Spain are among those in action as they take on Switzerland and Ukraine respectively, so we'll have an eye on those games as well.

They kick off at 19:45 BST, with England U-21s versus Turkey U-21s getting under way at 19:30 BST.

England's Under-21s are just one win way from securing their place at next year's European Championships, but they know all too well that nothing should be taken for granted.

Last time out, Aidy Boothroyd's men were held to a surprise 3-3 draw by Andorra, ending their unblemished record in qualifying in disappointing fashion.

It was certainly a wake up call and perhaps a much needed one as they look to get the job done tonight.
