That's an excellent block by Sergio Ramos!

    Great defending by Ramos.

    Game on!

It's a very similar goal to AC Milan's second which sees Inter halve the deficit.

Ivan Perisic makes room for a cross on the left and picks out Romelu Lukaku for his fourth goal in as many Serie A games this term.

Real Madrid v Cadiz (17:30 BST)

It's been a good start to the season in particular for Real forward Vinicius Junior, who continues to deliver in Eden Hazard's absence.

Vinicius has two goals in his last two games, scoring in back-to-back matches for the first time in his career against Levante.

His goal was the difference against Real Valladolid and looked set to be again against Levante, until Karim Benzema's 95th-minute second.

    Inter Milan 0-2 AC Milan

Inter have won the last four derby matches against Milan and a victory again today would equal their longest run in 37 years.

But that is seriously under threat today.

Only Atalanta have recorded more Serie A points in 2020 than AC Milan, who have now scored in 24 successive matches.

They're keen to add a third at the San Siro, where it's proving a rather frustrating evening for Inter.

Just the one shot on target for the 'hosts' so far...

Here's the state of play in Spain after Granada beat Sevilla 1-0 and Atletico Madrid recorded a 2-0 win over Celta Vigo earlier today.

It all means defending champions Real can move three points clear of Granada with victory over Cadiz tonight - and six ahead of Barcelona who play later.

It's two goals in three minutes for the AC Milan striker and it's a dream start for Stefano Pioli's side!

Rafael Leao delivers a low cross from the left and Ibrahimovic is there to pounce from close range to double the advantage.

Inter need to wake up, fast.

    Zlatan Ibrahimovic (13 mins)

    It's saved by Samir Handanovic!

But his stop puts the ball back into the path of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who races in to make amends and send AC Milan ahead in the derby!

It was a poor tackle from Aleksandar Kolarov to concede the penalty.
