Inter have won the last four derby matches against Milan and a victory again today would equal their longest run in 37 years.
But that is seriously under threat today.
Only Atalanta have recorded more Serie A points in 2020 than AC Milan, who have now scored in 24 successive matches.
They're keen to add a third at the San Siro, where it's proving a rather frustrating evening for Inter.

The first Milan derby of the new season is about to get under way at the San Siro, where Stefano Pioli's in-form AC Milan are looking to continue their perfect start to the season after three straight wins.
Antonio Conte's Inter lost their winning start in a draw with Lazio prior to the international break, but they can move a point above their derby rivals - and current joint leaders - with a return to winning ways today.
