Mark: Gomez & Ake getting injured you’ve got to wonder why we are playing these needless internationals in such a congested season. no spectator revenue anyway so first priority should be player welfare..limiting international matches can give them chance to recover

Anon: Everyone seems to be saying scrap internationals, which I at least sympathise with regarding pointless friendlies, but why is no one saying scrap European club football instead? Surely that's not a priority
Netherlands 0-1 Spain
A good Spain move and Alvaro Morata, who appears to have his confidence back, has a good shot palmed away by Marco Bizot, who is making his international debut.
