Craig Wighton put Hearts ahead with his fifth goal in six appearances since returning from his loan with Arbroath.

He has a chance to restore the lead following a cut-back from Oli Lee, who supplied the cross for his goal, but this time the forward miss hits his shot and it bobbles just wide.

The lead only lasts six minutes as Joe Newell's free kick finds Christian Doidge rising at the back post to head down and just inside the far post.

Andy Halliday's not been holding back with his challenges in his first derby for his boyhood heroes and is booked for a full-blooded challenge on Martin Boyle that leaves the Hibs winger in a painful heap.
