    Scott Pittman

Scott Pittman just took this game by the scruff of the neck, picking up possession near halfway, driving at the United defence and slamming a shot into the bottom right corner.

No debut nerves from goalkeeper Jordan Archer as he keeps the hosts level, denying Hibs winger Martin Boyle from close range.

  3. Postpublished at 16:15 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2020

    Motherwell 0-0 Hibernian

Fantastic counter-back from Motherwell as Stephen O'Donnell gallops down the right and squares for Tony Watt, but the striker blazes over.

That is not a booking for Lewis Ferguson. That is terrible

  7. RED CARD - Ferguson (Aberdeen)published at 16:14 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2020

    St Mirren 1-1 Aberdeen

Aberdeen are down to 10 men after Lewis Ferguson receives a second yellow card, but it looks extremely harsh on the midfielder.

It appears he is elbowed in the face by Jon Obika, but referee Bobby Madden instead awards the free-kick to St Mirren and Ferguson is sent down the tunnel.

In the arguments that follow, Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes is also first shown a yellow then a red.

  8. Postpublished at 16:11 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2020

    Motherwell 0-0 Hibernian

Hibs' Joe Newell gets on the end of a Paul McGinn cross, but his header lacks power and it is an easy take for goalkeeper Jordan Archer.

The visitors are at least showing more urgency after their tepid first-half showing.

  9. goal

GOAL Greenock Morton 0-2 Heart of Midlothianpublished at 16:09 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2020

    Jamie Walker

Jamie Walker's second goal of the day puts Hearts well in control in Greenock and heading to the top of the Championship as it stands.

  10. Postpublished at 16:07 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2020

    St Mirren 1-1 Aberdeen

Aberdeen have made a half-time change with Shay Logan coming on for Ash Taylor. It's unclear if that's because of an injury or is tactical, but it looks like manager Derek McInnes is going four at the back.

  11. KICK-OFFpublished at 16:04 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2020

They are under way in Hamilton and Motherwell - it must be a different time zone - with the other games following.

  12. Livi the only moverspublished at 16:02 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2020

At present, those four draws mean it would be as we are in the Premiership league table other than Livingston moving above Ross County on goal difference into ninth spot.

At the top, Aberdeen and Hibs would edge closer to second-top Celtic, but the Dons would miss the chance to draw level on points with the reigning champions.

  16. HALF-TIME St Mirren 1-1 Aberdeenpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2020

St Mirren have had by far the better chances in the first 45 minutes, but like in last week's cup tie between the two, they will be disappointed to be going in level at the break.

This time, it was the home side who had to with back from behind. Jonny Hayes' header was cancelled out by a Jamie McGrath penalty.

  17. HALF-TIME Livingston 0-0 Dundee Unitedpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2020

Not the most exciting first half at Tony Macaroni Arena.

United have probably edged it in terms of openings, but Livingston have been far from overwhelmed.

  18. HALF-TIME Motherwell 0-0 Hibernianpublished at 15:48 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2020

The hosts have had the better of a closely contested first half painfully short on goalmouth excitement.

Motherwell striker Tony Watt fired wide from close range, and had a goal disallowed shortly before the interval, in the two clearest opportunities.

Hibs have been restricted to shots from distance as the prospect of a third consecutive goalless draw between these sides draws nearer.

  19. HALF-TIME - Hamilton Academical 0-0 Kilmarnockpublished at 15:48 Greenwich Mean Time 5 December 2020

After a frantic start to the game, the visitors took control before being reduced to 10 men for the second league game in a row as Clevid Dikamona was dismissed by Willie Collum for a dangerous tackle on Scott Martin.

However, despite being a man short, Alex Dyer's side have still largely been in control as the hosts can't seem to get a foothold.

It'll be interesting to see how Brian Rice might change things at the break to take advantage of the extra man.
