I would've said though, maybe keep going! Keep going until you get into the corner and if West Ham tackle or foul you and it goes out for a corner or throw in in the final third, then fantastic job! It gives Stockport a chance at least.

The West Ham players will not want extra time. When the playing surface gets heavy, as it is now, that puts a bigger toll on your quads and hamstrings especially. The last thing that David Moyes would want is a player like Michail Antonio playing longer than 90 minutes, under these conditions.
