Mark: How does stopping football help to save lives?

Matthew: Football not in an easy position but would be a massive mental health boost to many if it can continue. With so much bad news recently it’s been a welcome escape. I do however think international games need looking at and maybe curtailing.

Kyle: It's a load of rubbish people saying football should stop. No it shouldn't in these days of misery we need some respite and some fun and enjoyment. It helps people's mental health and wellbeing. They are fit young men to so highly likely to be ok,

I was about to say Chorley look confident but they should be confident. But added to that, they know they are playing against youngsters, so no reason why not to be confident.

There is a real belief in the Chorley side. They do not look as though they are worried or concerned about this game.

It is a young Derby team today but this is nevertheless an impressive display by Chorley, who are well on top and clearly buoyed by their opener. If they can get a second then they will firmly have one foot in the fourth round. Incredible.

“It's not the same, football has lost its soul at the moment because the supporters are not here.

“We are living in unique and difficult times. I think what we have to be really careful of is that we have a duty of care to the players and the staff.

“A big step in the right direction this week was the PFA getting involved and paying for the testing protocols for players. Hopefully that will provide some sort of safety, particularly for League One and League Two clubs that don’t have the finances to pay for testing.”
