Dele Alli is now doing exactly what I expected him to do.

It was a superb save by Bayleigh Passant to deny Matt Doherty, but Neil Young looks frustrated now. They were in the game at 1-0 down.

    Carlos Vinicius (30 mins)

    Carlos Vinicius grabs his second.

It's a lovely pass from Dele Alli into Matt Doherty, who volleys on goal from a tight angle and Bayleigh Passant does well to get a glove to it.

The Marine stopper can only guide it into the path of Vinicius, however, and he smashes in from a yard to double Tottenham's lead.

Joe Rodon's going to need a new under shirt... the arm is hanging off, someone's done well to get a grip on that.

    Marine 0-1 Tottenham

Dele Alli is enjoying plenty of the ball around the edge of the Marine area, but the non-league side have retreated with everyone behind the ball.

They don't want to concede a quick second.

    Marine 0-1 Tottenham

That goal came after Marine's best spell in the game, but maybe that extra confidence led to a few gaps appearing for Spurs to exploit.

Gedson Fernandes fancies his chances from outside the box but fires over.

It was good play by Dele Alli - I thought he was going to shoot but he worked it well.

It's actually a bit of a lucky finish by Carlos Vinicius.

    Carlos Vinicius (23 mins)

    Spurs get the breakthrough.

Dele Alli plays a neat one-two and then slides an excellent pass into Carlos Vinicius.

The Brazilian misses his kick at the first attempt from close range, but has the composure to then dribble round Bayleigh Passant in the Marine goal and tap in.

The Premier League side take the lead.

    Marine 0-0 Tottenham

Where did that come from!?! What a strike!

He's got to be 35 yards out, and he knows he didn't have Harvey White for pace, oh my word!

Joe Hart's angles were all wrong there. What a strike.

  11. CLOSE!published at 20 mins

    Marine 0-0 Tottenham

    What an effort!

Neil Kengni breaks into the Spurs half and has no one in support, so decides to have a pop from about 30 yards.

It's a great hit, and rattles the crossbar before Joe Hart pushes it behind for a corner.

So close to a Marine opener!

    Marine 0-0 Tottenham

Spurs are forced all the way back to Joe Hart. He lumps long and Gedson Fernandes runs on to Carlos Vinicius' flick, but his cross is poor and floats behind.

Marine are looking good - they are looking very organised.

There's no gaps between the centre backs and full-backs - they look very disciplined.
