  1. Postpublished at 18 mins

    Wolves 0-1 West Brom

A long ball over the top picks out Callum Robinson, who had just got the better of Conor Coady before the defender recovered.

Robinson's cut-back is comfortably dealt with and Wolves try to break through the middle.

Again, Leander Dendoncker gets a shot away from distance but it's straight down the middle.

    Wolves 0-1 West Brom

Adama Traore beats Kieran Gibbs for pace on the right and sets up Leander Dendoncker but he can't get any direction or power on his header.

This is a recurring theme for Wolves.

Nuno Espirito Santo's men have now gone behind in nine consecutive Premier League games.

They have turned into what Manchester United were in the opening two months of the season, except they are not as good at coming back.

  4. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 15 mins

    Wolves 0-1 West Brom

Pedro Neto breaks down the left again and this time, he is able to whip a ball in. It's a decent cross too and Fabio Silva puts pressure on David Button.

The goalkeeper fumbles it, Kieran Gibbs scrambles it away and Silva can't poke it in before Button gets his hands on it.

It definitely hit Gibbs' hands too - which Silva is appealing strongly - but the referee thinks he can't do much about it.

A few moments later, Adama Traore strikes one from long range but again, it's comfortable for Button. Good response from Wolves!

  5. Postpublished at 13 mins

    Wolves 0-1 West Brom

Pedro Neto teases the full-back but there's no way around as there's two players on him.

He waits for Romain Saiss on the overlap but the cross is straight into David Button's arms, with no Wolves player attacking it.

  6. Postpublished at 10 mins

    Wolves 0-1 West Brom

Wolves look for an immediate response as they win a free-kick just outside the box. Ruben Neves takes it but he can't get it over the wall.

Adama Traore's cross is then blocked by the first man.

    HUGE goal.

Matheus Pereira with a really cool penalty. He slots it into the left corner and roars in celebration.

Willy Boly comes in late on Callum Robinson and it's a penalty!

Was that inside the box? Looked close to me...

  10. Postpublished at 7 mins

    Wolves 0-0 West Brom

It's been a decent start from West Brom. They manage to keep it in midfield and it's switched over to the left.

Kamil Grosicki dinks an inviting cross in but it's dealt with at the back post.

  11. Experiencepublished at 12:35 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Wolves 0-0 West Brom

The average age of West Brom's starting line-up today is 28 years and 362 days - their oldest for a Premier League match this season.

  12. Postpublished at 4 mins

    Wolves 0-0 West Brom

Willy Boly gets to the ball first and feeds it through to Nelson Semedo down the right wing.

His cross takes a slight deflection and Wolves win a corner. Ruben Neves scuffs the shot from long range as it's half-cleared on the set-piece before Boly strikes it low, but straight at the keeper.

The Wolves players did a huddle before they left the dressing room for their warm-up and then again just before kick-off.

Premier League chief executive Richard Masters told BBC Sport yesterday that players must observe the on-pitch protocols.

A long throw from West Brom is flicked on. Callum Robinson almost gets a toe on it at the near post which would have caused Rui Patricio a problem.

This is the first time these two meet in a competitive Black Country derby for the first time since February 2012 in the Premier League at Molineux.

Roy Hodgson's Baggies won 5-1 thanks to goals from Peter Odemwingie, Jonas Olsson and Keith Andrews.

Steven Fletcher scored for Wolves, who sacked Mick McCarthy as manager following the defeat.

  19. The stats which don't sound good...published at 12:22 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

Wolves v West Brom (12:30 GMT)

Wolves have earned just two points from their past five Premier League matches.

They have only won one of their eight league games since forward Raul Jimenez suffered a fractured skull against Arsenal.

Their run of 11 matches without a clean sheet is currently the longest in the top flight.

Meanwhile, Sam Allardyce has not won any of his first five competitive fixtures as West Brom head coach, drawing two and losing three.

The Baggies are without a win in seven league games, drawing two, losing five and conceding 21 goals.

West Brom have only scored six goals in their past 14 league matches.

  20. 'I fancy the foxes'published at 12:19 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January 2021

    Leicester v Southampton (20:00 GMT)

Southampton have not lost on the road since they were beaten at Crystal Palace on the opening day of the season. Saints don't change the way they play and press teams, and it works for them.

Leicester's form at home is nowhere near as impressive as it is away, but Jamie Vardy is fit and I fancy the Foxes here.

    Prediction: 2-0
