  1. Farewell

    Lucas Joao

Another cracker of a midweek set of fixtures in the English Football League draws to a close.

There's all change in the top six across the Championship, League One and League Two, with big wins for Watford, Reading, Hull and Cambridge.

Tomorrow, we've got another feast of football to look forward to in the Championship with six fixtures to look forward to, including leaders Norwich who take on Bristol City. Join us from 17:45 GMT for that.

But for now, thank you for joining us.

  2. Championship headlines

    Krystian Bielik
    • Derby move out of the relegation zone as they pick up a first victory since Wayne Rooney was appointed permanent boss thanks to Krystian Bielik's winner against Bournemouth.
    • Reading move up to third with a convincing 3-0 win over 10-man Coventry.
    • Watford beat Barnsley 1-0 thanks to Tory Deeney's fifth goal of the season, and fourth from the penalty spot.

  3. FULL-TIME

    Rotherham 3-3 Stoke

    Nick Powell

Paul Warne's 200th game in charge of Rotherham ends in a topsy-turvy draw with Stoke.

Matt Crooks scored twice for the hosts to put them 3-2 up but Nick Powell's header earned the Potters a share of the points.

The Millers remain in the relegation zone, two points adrift of safety.

  4. Post update

    Rotherham 3-3 Stoke

And now Rotherham almost snatch it!

Freddie Ladapo rolls the ball back to Matt Crooks on the edge of the area and his strike flies just past the post.

Stoke keeper Joe Bursik could only stand there and watch it.

  5. FULL-TIME

    Watford 1-0 Barnsley

    Watford celebrate

All over at Vicarage Road and Watford have seen out their victory against Barnsley.

Troy Deeney's first-half penalty, his fourth of the season, separates the sides and lifts Watford to third place in the Championship.

  6. Post update

    Watford 1-0 Barnsley

There's some afters going on in this game as we reach the last few minutes.

Ismaila Sarr, who's on a yellow card, draws a foul and there's a lot of pushing, shoving and arguing before the referee tells them to get on with it and to play on.

    Deary me.

  7. Post update

    Rotherham 3-3 Stoke

So close to a late Stoke winner!

James McLean's corner is met by the head of Nick Powell but his header flashes across the face of goal.

  8. Post update

A defensive change for Barnsley as they head into the final stages of this game a goal down against Watford.

  9. Post update

    Rotherham 3-3 Stoke

If you weren't with us earlier then you'll have missed that this is Paul Warne's 200th game in charge of the Millers.

It's been a heck of a game but he'll be hoping there's one final twist to go the way of his side in this one.

  10. Post update

    Watford 1-0 Barnsley

A reserved finale brewing here with few chances to either side.

Philip Zinckernagel attempts a through ball towards his Watford team-mate Joao Pedro, who is caught offside. Soon after, Zinckernagel tries to play Andre Gray through but he can't get on the end of his cross.

Barnsley short of answers as they chase a late equaliser.

  11. GOAL: Rotherham 3-3 Stoke

    Nick Powell (75 mins)

I said Rotherham might rue that Matt Crooks miss a minute ago... And they may well do now.

Nick Powell draws Stoke level for the second time in this goalfest with a well-timed header from James McLean's brilliant cross.

Still time to go in this yet...

  12. Post update

    Rotherham 3-2 Stoke

Matt Crooks should have his hat-trick!

He's first to a low cross to the near post but can only steer his shot wide.

Could they be left to rue that?

  13. Post update

    Watford 1-0 Barnsley

Almost an own goal at Vicarage Road but Daniel Bachmann spares Watford's blushes.

The Hornets keeper scoops up the danger after Francisco Sierralta almost headed into his own net.

  14. GOAL: Rotherham 3-2 Stoke

    Matt Crooks (67 mins)

    Matt Crooks goal

    Great finish!

Matt Crooks grabs his second of the night as his powerful shot goes in off the underside of the crossbar.

Stoke had chances to get it away before the former Rangers man powered it home and you'd imagine boss Michael O'Neill will not be impressed by his side's defending this evening.

  15. League Two headlines

    Tom King
    • Newport goalkeeper Tom King scores from own area in 1-1 draw at Cheltenham.
    • Cambridge United go top of the table having come from behind to beat struggling Southend who finish the evening bottom.

    • Joe Mason scores a hat-trick as MK Dons beat Fleetwood 3-1.
  17. GOAL: Rotherham 2-2 Stoke

Nick Powell does well down the Stoke right before swinging over a superb cross that Danny Batth powers home at the back post.

  18. Post update

Just under half an hour still to go at Vicarage Road and Watford make a double change.

Can they see this game through or is there a response coming from Barnsley?

  19. DISALLOWED GOAL

    Watford 1-0 Barnsley

Andre Gray has the ball in the net for Watford but it's flagged offside.

It comes off the back of Will Hughes' long range drive that cannons off the post but Gray is trapped offside as he taps in on the rebound.

  20. Post update

    Watford 1-0 Barnsley

Barnsley are now pressing to find an early equaliser in the second half at Vicarage Road.

Callum Styles looks to strike into the Watford net but he slices his effort wide of the post.
