Luxembourg are so close to taking the lead. Gerson Rodrigues spots Gavin Bazunu off his line and tries to catch him out with a 35-yard half-volley. Bazunu just gets back in time and claws it away before he carries it over the line.

Alan Browne makes a good run and takes it beyond the keeper but too far. He tries to pull it back to James Collins, but the ball had gone out of play first. Collins hit the side-netting anyway.
